What Shoppers Say About Little Sleepies
Little Sleepies receives polarized feedback, with shoppers divided between those who love the product quality and those frustrated by service failures. Customers praise the pajamas themselves, describing them as wonderful and noting that children adore them. However, a significant portion of reviewers report serious issues with customer service, including unresponsive support teams, unexplained order cancellations, fraud alert blocks on accounts, slow processing and delivery, and inflexible refund policies. Multiple shoppers mention difficulty reaching customer service via email or being forced through online forms without receiving responses, leaving them unable to resolve basic issues like size changes or delivery problems.
The most common complaint centers on account blocks and payment processing issues, with several customers reporting that orders are repeatedly canceled despite successful payment attempts elsewhere. Reviewers feel the company does not take responsibility for errors and instead blames customers for not navigating their systems properly. While the product quality appears to justify repeat purchases for some customers, the service experience has driven away multiple long-term buyers and left new customers with unmet holiday orders.

Sorted by: Most recentStarted off thinking these were great, cute styles and the prices were reasonable. But then I found out some stuff about how the company runs that turned me off completely. When they released certain designs that reflected specific religious themes, they turned off comments on those posts while leaving comments open on everything else. For a brand that says they believe in fairness for everyone, that was really disappointing and hypocritical. I won't be ordering from them anymore.
Absolutely fantastic and perfect for everyone! A coworker told me to check them out and I'm so glad I did. We managed to get matching sets for the whole crew, from our youngest who's one year old all the way up to our fourteen-year-old, and the quality is just incredible. The fabric is so soft and stretchy and feels amazing on, whether you're sleeping or just hanging out around the house. What's really great is the sizing runs big so the kids and adults alike get tons of wear out of each pair. We had a blast matching as a family and even our teenage sons were into it, which tells you something! We ordered all the way from overseas and it was absolutely worth it.
Really bad customer service! I've been a regular shopper for years, ordering several times throughout the year. Sure, stuff took forever to arrive but I didn't complain. This time my order showed as delivered in the email notification, but nothing was actually at my house or by my front door, and I have a camera that would've caught any delivery. I messaged Little Sleepies support and they promised to contact the carrier and help me out. Days passed with nothing, no package, no refund either. I reached out again and they basically said the package is probably lost and they can't help. So I'm out both my items and my money! Not shopping with them anymore and I'm calling my credit card company to report this whole mess.
I used to really like Little Sleepies and spent quite a bit of money with them over the years. Then I reached out to their support team about one specific order. I wanted to exchange something I'd given as a gift to a bigger size, and I'll admit I'd purchased it a while back so it was past their standard 30-day window. But the item was still available to buy on their site. I wasn't even asking for my money back, just a size swap. The thing was completely unused with tags still on it. They shut me down completely. They just told me to try selling it on one of those resale sites. It would have cost them basically nothing to do this one-off exchange, and it would've made me a loyal customer for life, especially after spending thousands with zero returns until that moment. I spent decades working in customer service myself, and there's definitely a point where companies have to decide if they want to keep a good customer relationship by making a small exception or if they're just going to treat everyone like a number.
Absolutely terrible customer service combined with equally bad shipping. I placed an order on November 29 and they didn't even ship it out until December 9, which was 10 days later. Now it won't arrive until December 27, completely missing Christmas, which was literally the whole point of ordering in the first place. Would not recommend them at all.
Got some holiday pajamas last year and wore them for about two months, then a few times this year when the season came around again. Out of nowhere a hole appeared in the side of the fabric that wasn't anywhere near a seam. Reached out to customer service hoping they'd help, but they didn't seem to care at all and wouldn't do anything to fix it. Super disappointing when you pay good money for something that falls apart and the company won't stand behind their product. Definitely shopping elsewhere next time.
Heads up: this company does not handle criticism well, whether it's constructive or not. If you like crazy flash sales, this brand might be your thing. They make a huge deal out of new product releases and people literally stop what they're doing and try to purchase hundreds or even thousands of dollars worth in just a few minutes while items vanish from your cart mid-checkout. This is supposedly just for their VIP social media followers too. Average shoppers don't have a real shot at getting the trendy prints. I really do like the actual pajamas they make, but their constant fire sale mentality drives me nuts. I usually stick to buying their regular print items because at least those stay available instead of the limited drops that they hype up and release in tiny quantities to get people in a frenzy. As someone juggling work as a single parent and always stuck in meetings during these drops, trying to grab a limited item, especially the popular ones, is just frustrating. What makes it worse is there's no limit on how many items you can buy per person on their site. This means resellers can scoop everything up.
The quality blows other brands out of the water and the sizing is spot on. Super responsive and efficient customer service. Would definitely recommend to others.
I ordered a pasta print set in sizes 3 and 5. Got a shipping confirmation for a completely different unicorn set in sizes 4 and 18 to 24 months. What??
These folks really know what they're doing. The designs are adorable, quality is excellent, the material feels great, and their support team is fantastic. I've ordered multiple times and every package shows up quickly and well protected. Plus they always throw in a discount code for next time, which is a nice touch that shows they actually value their shoppers. My baby is super tall for his age but still fits comfortably in the 3/6 month size because the fabric stretches so nicely without looking weird. I've grabbed some adult sizes too and man, they're incredibly comfy. It's refreshing to work with a business that actually understands and respects the people buying from them while managing everything professionally and promptly.
