I disputed again and got my refund. Now they're sending me sketchy emails asking me to pay a different way instead of through my account, with amounts that vary each time and no paperwork, just random charges appearing on my statement. I've discovered they outsource their billing operations overseas. I filed a complaint with all my evidence including credit card statements and email records. Total disaster. Calls keep dropping constantly and it won't let you enter additional numbers for bank balance checks or doctor's office menus. Even MJ acknowledges this is a known issue they're powerless to fix. We're switching back to Vonage.
This company is a complete disaster. It's run by people with zero integrity. They barely deliver any actual service. The product fails way more often than any warranty covers it. They don't stand behind what they sell, their tech support is useless, and the billing team literally hangs up on you when you try to resolve something. This outfit is shameful. They're only after your money and couldn't care less once they have it. A cheap service is never a quality service. Stay away from these folks unless you enjoy throwing your money away.
This has to be the worst experience I've had with any company in a long time. If aggravation and frustration are what you're looking for, sign up here. I've waited hours just to chat with someone or get a callback, and the reps clearly don't understand their own product. Got disconnected multiple times while being transferred between departments and while waiting on hold. They won't back their product at all. Want a replacement for something broken? That'll cost you. I stupidly renewed my contract already and now I'm fighting to get a refund, but I'm not counting on it. The call quality is consistently poor.
