The response was that orders should only go through during business hours. This supposed supervisor was incredibly dismissive and rude, honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company.
Put items in my cart and tried to buy them just to get an immediate message saying everything's sold out. If they're not in stock, why are they shown as available? Incredibly frustrating and letdown.
Grabbed 3 or 4 pairs of boy short underwear and within a couple months every single pair started falling apart at the seams. I shop at Kohl's all the time and like them, but I'm done buying Maidenform underwear from there or anywhere else.
