My mistake for not reading reviews first. THEY DESERVE A -10 AND NOBODY SHOULD BUY FROM THEM. They're asking me to send photos of myself wearing the dresses just to evaluate my return request!?! GET AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR ASAP.

I bought a dress that didn't fit right. When I asked for a return and refund, they forced me to send proof photos. I did everything they wanted. They offered me $9 for an $80 purchase. They wouldn't move at all. Awful customer service. Don't buy anything from them. They don't look out for their customers.

Had an awful experience returning items to this company. Wanted some dresses for an upcoming occasion and ordered four to pick my favorite. They said they'd only reconsider if I provided photos wearing their dresses so they could decide about the refund. I spent over $200 including shipping from my area. They claimed to have a local warehouse but insisted on sending everything back to their overseas headquarters. Stay away from this scam.

This place doesn't deserve any rating at all. The garments are poorly constructed and look like they were stitched by someone with zero experience. They won't take returns unless you pay to ship it back overseas yourself. When I complained about a $100 order, they offered me just $7. The dress was shapeless and see-through. I emailed multiple times but they refused to budge on a refund. I've filed a complaint with consumer protection and contacted my payment processor. Customers need to be careful!!!

This is a scam operation. Don't order from them. The clothing and fabric are really cheap and don't fit right. I got two medium pieces and one was oversized while the other was too snug. There's no way to return anything. Look them up before you spend your money.
