Customer service

I had excellent customer service , both via email and on the phone when I had to call them. I won't go into details publicly of how they assisted me but it was absolutely fantastic, they were completely understanding and supportive and I cannot thank them enough ❤️

Top class service, ordered a down gilet online, the quality is great as always, collected it in my local Clonmel store, the service was great, got regular emails along the way, finally picked it up after about a week and a half, happy days smashing!! 💯👏

Overall good quality and experiences

Overall good quality and experiences, delivery, refunds...and sorting any problems.The Good Move range is highly recommended and the Stormwear walking trousers are amazing. Superior quality and give Fabletics and Sweaty Betty some competition and at competitive pricing. Food is maybe a little more expensive but always delivers. My local store has good staff. I was assisted with returns recently. Evri had damaged my parcel. All dealt with friendly and prompt.

Excellent customer service

We visited the Bureau de change at the Reading branch and were served by a lovely lady called Sahrish (I think that’s how it’s spelt). She was so friendly, informative and very helpful and was an absolute pleasure to be served by her. She asked my son about his upcoming trip and showed a genuine interest. She is a credit to your company and we won’t hesitate to return the next time we need holiday currency!

Poor customer care and food quality at Marks and Spencer

Sad to see, how such a one time great British company, that prided itself in the quality of its goods and customer service, has now forgotten its roots and become an also ran compared with other supermarket rivals.I paid £50 for a Wagyu beef pie serving six.The photograph on the box exhibited a pie stuffed with beef.When we cooked it over Christmas we cut the crust to find 70% gravy and enough beef for three.Customer care response was a giftcard refund of around 29.9% but only because we were able to provide copies of the till receipt, a photograph of the box, including the bar code and our order number.When buying poor quality food in other supermarkets, they usually refund the full amount without question, as long as there is proof of purchase.Interesting to see so many other poor reviews and interesting to note that Marks and Spencer is clearly not interested.

Online orders are still a nightmare

Online orders are still a nightmare. Waiting over 2 weeks for my online order and just got an email that some items are out of stock… maybe if they’d shipped it on time, it would’ve been ok. I bought 7 items and haven’t received anything yet

Rubbish Chicken Pie for the price

This chicken pie was a huge let-down. It was bland, tasteless, and incredibly underwhelming, especially for something carrying the Marks and Spencer name. It’s not great value for money in any sense — overpriced for what you get and only enough for 2 and maybe 3 people at a stretch. The quality simply isn’t there. It’s so disappointing to have something from M&S that’s this bad, and I genuinely feel let down. Expectations were high, but this was poor and absolutely not worth buying again.
