I've had bad experiences with food items twice now, and I'm left wondering if management is aware of the quality problems or just turning a blind eye. Unsuspecting shoppers keep buying these items without knowing the issues. It's really soured my impression of their food section. Companies should care more about not letting customers down like this.

When I asked if anyone else could help, she just said no and walked away without checking back for the next ten minutes. I even went to the fitting room hoping to find someone there but got nowhere. So apparently one staff member can spend all their time with a single shopper while everyone else just waits around? The whole trip was pointless. The customer service here is almost nonexistent. These employees need proper training on how to actually interact with customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

The two team members I encountered were incredibly helpful, running all over the shop to track down my request.
