Mattress deteriorates very quickly
The Nectar mattress was excellent at first — my back pain completely disappeared. However, it deteriorated much faster than expected, and within a year my back issues returned.One of the main reasons I chose Nectar was the supposed lifetime guarantee, but in reality, it feels misleading. My mattress now has a significant dip in the middle, which even the inspection engineer acknowledged. Despite this, he said he couldn’t take any action due to Nectar’s wear-and-tear policy.I’m now left with an expensive mattress that hasn’t held up, especially compared to others that cost less than half the price.

Love my mattress
Delivery great. Had help unloading from box on to bed, as so heavy. Been using for 3 weeks and so far love it. Memory foam lovely and soft but firmness of springs great for my bad back.

Became a waste company and is making waste products
We have been long‑time Nectar customers and actually own two of their older mattresses, which were excellent. Unfortunately, the quality of their newer products has dropped dramatically, and our most recent purchase has been a huge disappointment.After 18 months of use, the mattress still hasn’t settled properly. It’s uneven, with some areas sinking far too much while other sections remain oddly firm. This inconsistency makes it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. You can feel your body dipping in one spot and being pushed up in another. It’s the opposite of the supportive, balanced feel Nectar used to offer.What’s most frustrating is that we bought this mattress based on our positive experience with their older models. The difference in quality is shocking. It genuinely feels like Nectar has cut corners in their materials or manufacturing. For the price, this should not be happening.At this point, the mattress is a waste of money, and we can no longer recommend Nectar to anyone. Their quality has gone down significantly, and the product simply doesn’t live up to the brand’s previous standards.It does not deserve even a single star, but we can not complete the review without it. Now Nectar has become a 'waste company and is making waste products'.

Excellent Company, Excellent Product
Purchased a Nectar Hybrid Premium double mattress. An excellent product, and Claire from Nectar Sleep was so friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for a better service.

Nectar Premier Memory Foam
The ordering process was straightforward.The delivery was exactly when promised.The mattress is great, finally sleeping better and the support is clearly working because my lower back pain has effectively disappeared.Would certainly recommend spending a little extra for a better night’s sleep, it’s definitely worth it.

Purchased a nectar foam mattress
Purchased a nectar foam mattress just over 4 years ago, genuinely thought it was a good mattress to start with no issues. Really hasn't aged well, lots of sag + some of the foam layer on top has started to deform. Thought this would be covered by the "lifetime" warranty but apparently not. Read reviews and make an informed choice.

I placed an order for mattress and…
I placed an order for mattress and pillows.. Pillow quality is so bad that it gave me neck pain for 2weeks.. it says memory foam but no its not memory foam guyz please donot get in trap of buying pillows from them

Becomes unbearable after 2 years
I was happy with my mattress at first but two years in, it's completely dented on the side I typically sleep on, so much so that sleeping on the other side isn't even an option as it feels like I'm being pulled by the dented side. It's causing me some lower back pain now and while going to bed was my favourite thing, I actually dread it now. I'm so disapppointed and I didn't want to be paying for a mattress again so soon.

STAY CLEAR unless you don't mind having constant backache!!!
I have had this mattress for a while now and I have to say I am extremely disappointed with it. At first the mattress was perfect arrived nicely packaged etcBut within a year it began to have a permanent dip right in the centre of the mattress, it has affected myself and my husband's back and hips to no end. We had someone from nectar come out and look over the mattress but it was deemed that it hadn't dipped enough for a replacement or any kind of compensation. It is honestly the worst mattress we have ever had & will never be buying from this company again. I will continue to tell people how terrible the mattresses are and to stay clear, save your money and go elsewhere! Honestly it's REALLY NOT WORTH THE BACKACHE literally!!!Also the cover over the mattress is poorly made and the stitching tore about 6 months into having it.
