The mattress became really unpleasant to sleep on after just a few months. Every morning I feel like I'm waking up in a valley, constantly fighting to stay in one spot as I roll toward the middle.

We ordered in spring of 2021 and the first year was really good. We felt great about the purchase back then. Fast forward to early 2026 and we needed a replacement. About 18 months in the mattress started getting progressively softer and saggier, but we figured maybe it was just us. We hung in there but eventually decided to request an inspection in late 2025 to see if the warranty would cover it. They told us the deterioration was normal wear so we weren't eligible. I felt pretty let down when I realized we basically got two years of use out of it before it became unusable. Most of the reviews you see are from people who just bought it, but not many stick around to tell you what happens down the line. My back is pretty sensitive so I have high expectations. Even my partner who's not too picky couldn't deal with how it felt anymore. Really not satisfied with this purchase.

Really disappointed with the quality of this product. I bought a king size memory foam mattress about 18 months ago for around 500 and now there's a really noticeable sag forming in the middle of the bed. It's gotten so bad that I have to put a pillow down the center to keep myself from rolling toward the sag. I've been dealing with regular back pain because of this, so I reached out to Nectar about their forever warranty claim. They sent out an inspector who confirmed there's definitely a dip of about 2cm and the support in that area is weak. But they said anything less than 3.2cm is within normal limits so it doesn't count as faulty. When I asked if ongoing back pain and having to use a pillow to compensate seemed like it should be covered, he basically just shrugged. I got the message that the mattress wouldn't be replaced. If this amount of sagging after only 18 months is what they consider acceptable, then the product just isn't very good quality. Based on what happened to me, I can't recommend this mattress or company to anyone else.

Fantastic all around. Buying was simple and they give you a solid trial period. The mattress is really comfy and the quality is excellent. I switched over from Emma and this is way better. The Emma one was uncomfortable and had these massive springs you could feel pressing into your back. The Nectar version is so much nicer and both my partner and our guests love it.
