Terrible experience overall. I spent over $700 on one order that went through without issue, but more than a day later they sent an email saying they wouldn't ship to my delivery address and wanted to use my billing address instead. When I refused because that would create extra hassle and expense, things got ugly. They started demanding a photo of my ID as a condition to proceed, even though there's nothing in their terms about this requirement. I don't feel comfortable handing over personal documents to a company online for a purchase. When I pushed back and asked them to just send it where I specified, they got nasty about it. They wouldn't listen to reason and kept changing their story. Eventually I had to ask them to cancel the whole thing. Really disappointed with how they handled this situation.
