Very let down by the quality. Got a pair for my son and after just a couple wears they fell apart. When I asked them to email me the receipt, they said they couldn't because it doesn't match my payment method. It's ridiculous.

Tried contacting support both through email and chat but neither method works. Stopped by the physical store and all they could tell me was that it's supposedly out for delivery still. Their chat feature is now just showing nobody is available to help. The lack of communication and broken contact systems are completely unacceptable. I have no clue what the status is or how I can request my refund.
