Buyer beware. The furniture was listed as being from Office Depot, but they slapped a $240 shipping charge on me when Office Depot doesn't charge for shipping at all. They claimed it comes from their own warehouse so fees apply. The merchandise is just boxed items that need assembly, yet I was billed oversized shipping on each of my 5 purchases. They also claimed to be a Better Business Bureau member, but BBB confirmed that's false. This company is hard to work with and doesn't give you the full picture.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I've been transferred between multiple reps and supervisors about my order and nobody can give me a straight answer. My delivery got pushed back three times. When I finally asked to cancel, they begged for one more shot, but I'd already given them plenty of chances. Eventually a supervisor told me they needed a 24 foot truck for a 72 by 36 inch assembled item, which doesn't make sense. Customer service wouldn't give me a number to process my cancellation and directed me to call Office Depot instead, who said they have no connection to this place. I'm never ordering here again because of how poorly the entire shipping process was handled.
