Customer service wasn't the problem here, it was the product itself. Got some Playtex bras and compared them to a new one I still had from another retailer. The new ones from here are at least an inch smaller in the band. The quality feels really cheap too. Even the largest one I got was uncomfortably tight and I'd probably need to size up.

Ordered from here recently but my package never showed up. I attempted to call them to figure out what happened, but their phone lines aren't working. I also tried their chat feature and had the same problem. Save yourself and skip this place entirely. Don't waste your cash ordering from them. I'm calling my bank to get my money back since I can't reach anyone else.

Wish I'd known beforehand that refunds take two to four weeks after returning an item. Would've skipped them entirely. Never ordering from this place again. I'd rather spend extra at a regular store that gets my money back to me right away.

Ordered a Playtex 18 hour bra in size 42, which is my actual band measurement. What arrived had a 34 inch band instead. Whoever manufactured it down in El Salvador printed size 42 on the inside but made it completely wrong. There's no way to wear it.

I'm only giving two stars because of the prices. Beyond that, I'm really frustrated with this company. I was among the first to order during their sale and actually placed two separate orders to make sure I got what I wanted. The first one went through no problem, then I placed another order about an hour later. Both orders ended up being cancelled because they said items were out of stock. It feels like either they're not actually doing first come, first served, or they're advertising sale items they don't actually have in stock.

Purchased a bra from One Hanes Place and they charged my account immediately. The bra itself was fine but didn't fit right, so I sent it back. They got it five days later. Now it's been a week since they received it and I called to ask about my refund. They told me it could take anywhere from four to eight weeks to put the money back in my account. That's crazy. They had no problem taking my payment right away but are dragging their feet on giving it back. Won't be ordering from them again.

The prices are great and my delivery came right on time with everything correct. But when I went back to order again, their search tool doesn't work properly. You enter what you're looking for and it shows you results where your size is sold out. If they fixed that search feature, I'd be a repeat customer. Just don't have the patience to hunt through everything manually.
