We've been ordering from them for close to a decade now for our 10-year-old pomeranian, and she absolutely loves their dry food formula. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews out there because we haven't experienced any issues. The food has never been recalled, it's effective, and the pricing is fair. We're sticking with them.
