What Shoppers Say About OROS
OROS has a critical trust and customer service problem, with all 7 available reviews giving it a one-star rating. Shoppers report severe order fulfillment failures, including packages that never arrive despite promised delivery timelines of 5 to 8 business days. Billing disputes are a recurring issue, with customers describing scenarios where they were charged for undelivered items or returns that apparently never reached the company, yet support teams allegedly did not respond to multiple contact attempts.
Beyond shipping problems, reviewers cite unresponsive customer service, inflexible return policies (particularly for international orders), and product quality concerns regarding warmth claims on gear. The consistent pattern across reviews suggests systemic operational issues rather than isolated incidents. Customers describe the company's practices as sketchy or scam-like, and recommend avoiding the retailer entirely.

Sorted by: Most recentAbsolutely terrible customer service. This company operates in a really sketchy way.
Ordered something and it never arrived. Fair warning to all shoppers. These people are dishonest and running what feels like a scam.
I wish I could give zero stars because that's exactly what deserves. Their service is absolutely unacceptable. I can't speak to the actual products since it's been three weeks and my order still hasn't shown up, even though their site promised 5 to 8 business days. When I reached out to customer support, all I got back was a generic thanks for contacting us. You can watch the tracking info on their website, and at this point I've seen 42 delivery notifications. It seems like they go with the postal service to cut corners instead of using UPS or FedEx, and frankly the customer ends up paying the price.
I couldn't pick up my package from the post office due to health issues, so it got sent back automatically. I've emailed their customer service multiple times to let them know what happened, but nobody's responded. Meanwhile they keep asking me for payment on a product that never even got to me. It's frustrating that they won't acknowledge my messages or take responsibility. Really hoping they step up their service game because I shouldn't be responsible for something that was returned and never in my hands.
Don't buy from here. Their customer service is a nightmare. I used their try before you buy program and sent the order back after seeing lots of complaints about the gear not living up to the warmth claims. The package supposedly never made it back to them, yet they're still trying to bill me for something I returned. Heads up to anyone considering ordering.
Problematic when ordering outside the US because they won't do exchanges if sizing is off, even when you're willing to cover shipping costs.
Placed an order for a jacket that showed as in stock on their website. Got a confirmation email and everything seemed fine, but a month has passed and it's still not been dispatched. I've reached out to support several times with no response. Honestly feels like a potential scam.
