Got an Ostrichpillow Light back in June and it's been a lifesaver for all my summer adventures. Perfect on planes since it supports your head and blocks out light, and it's just as great on road trips. I'm always dozing off in the car and this pillow solved that problem. No more uncomfortable sleeping against cold car windows!

These products are fantastic! Got the travel pillow and sleep mask and I'm obsessed with both. Picked them up for plane trips originally, but I'm actually using the mask every single night now. It's so soft and creates complete darkness. Makes such a difference in my sleep.

I absolutely adore what Ostrichpillow puts out! Over the past couple of years I've ordered so much stuff from them: bed pillows, extra covers, a neck wrap, the Relief Bundle heat bag, and like five different pairs of compression socks. This company is awesome!

Really pleased with this travel pillow. It arrived the next day, came in excellent packaging, and the quality is top notch. The fabric of the cover is really nice and the pillow itself feels great. Should be perfect for my travels. The only thing I wish is that they offered a smaller size option for people with shorter necks, but otherwise it's fantastic.

Terrible experience with customer service. I ordered a pillow and paid extra for fast delivery that was supposed to take 1-2 business days. It didn't show up until 10 days later, which meant I couldn't even use it on my vacation. When I complained about the delay, they basically blamed me for their courier's mess up. They didn't apologize sincerely or try to make things right, and they treated me like I was being unreasonable. On top of that, I have to pay to send it back, and they won't refund the shipping fee I already paid.

I've got an Eye Mask, Heatbag, and Light Versatile Pillow from OstrichPillow, and I backed them on Kickstarter. All three are really high quality and fairly priced. I've actually bought extra Heatbags to give as presents to friends and family, and picked up another clay bag for myself too. One time I had an issue with a damaged delivery and their customer service team actually reached out to me first without me asking, and helped fix the situation.
