Working with OwlCrate has been fantastic overall. They really stand out for being transparent about how they run things. Not only do they engage with positive feedback on social media, but they also respond to complaints and clear up any confusion. I haven't come across any other box service with customer support this solid. Plus, their special editions are seriously incredible!

I'm a huge fan of Owlcrate! I've been subscribing on and off for the past several years due to budget stuff, and they've consistently been great. Every single book is stunning and you can really tell how much thought and attention goes into every edition they create. The couple times I needed customer support because a book got damaged in transit (totally a shipping issue, not theirs), they were wonderful and super helpful - replacement showed up quick! Out of all the different book subscriptions I've tried, I'd pick OwlCrate every single time. They keep improving and getting even better! Can't wait to see what they have coming!

This subscription and product selection is incredible! I've been buying individual boxes and books without membership for a few years, but I finally joined the membership program this year because of how much I value the products. The book selections match what I enjoy reading perfectly (YA titles plus coordinating items), and everything included is well-made and book-themed! I really appreciate that they wrap books in protective plastic during shipping to prevent damage (something I've had trouble with from another similar service), and the custom covers keep getting more impressive and one-of-a-kind! Super glad I made the jump to becoming a member! As a bonus, they have an awesome app with a really engaging community where you don't even need a membership to participate!

Since becoming a member back in late 2023, every box has been fantastic, and I've even gone back and grabbed some past editions. The books and little extras are all absolutely gorgeous. I've had such a blast connecting with other people on the Nest community!
