I wish I came to the reviews before purchasing. I ordered some items about two weeks ago and at the checkout it auto corrected my address leaving out the number, I proceeded with the checkout and noticed a minute after.Immediately I reach out to customer service with the correct address and was told that there was nothing they can do, I have to fill in a form and hope for the best basically. The warehouse will be notified once the form has been filled in. From that day, it took over 7 days (mutable opportunities for this to be rectified) however the items were still shipped out with an incomplete address. It landed in the UK for it to now be returned to sender. Poor customer, no support. Fist and last time - would not recommend.

Peppermayo nearly ruined my 21st birthday...I ordered from Peppermayo on 11 January for my 21st birthday on 20 February. The order stopped updating on 21 January and never arrived within a reasonable timeframe.Customer service was dismissive and unresponsive, repeatedly deflecting responsibility to the courier while offering no real updates, solutions, or compensation. After weeks of follow-ups, communication stopped altogether.Because of Peppermayo’s delays, I was left scrambling to find a replacement outfit for a milestone birthday I had planned well in advance. For a brand that targets young women and special occasions, the lack of accountability and care is shocking.Do not order from Peppermayo if timing matters!! When something goes wrong, you are completely on your own.

I ordered a dress, got the money deducted from my account right away and never received the dress. I received a tracking number and an email saying the shipment shipped but then nothing else. The tracking number didn't show me anything and I called/emailed customer service and never heard back. I ended up disputing it through my credit card, but I would NOT order from here! It's a scam!

I placed an order, entered my address correctly at checkout, and the same address is linked to my PayPal account, so there was no ambiguity or mistake from my side. Everything was accurate at the moment of purchase. The problem started later, during the shipping process, when the address information was clearly mishandled. The parcel ended up being processed with incomplete or misinterpreted location data, which caused it to be blocked at the courier’s depot instead of being delivered.This is not a delay. The parcel is not “on the way.” It is stuck because of how the shipping information was transmitted after the order left the seller. The local courier explained very clearly that I cannot change anything, I cannot unlock the shipment, and I cannot even go there and pick it up. Only the sender, or the logistics partner acting on their behalf, can correct the data and release the parcel. So I am completely powerless, even though I am the person who paid.What makes this worse is the way customer service handled it. Instead of taking real steps to fix the issue with their logistics partner, they repeatedly sent polite messages saying they understand how frustrating it is, often with friendly emojis, but without doing anything concrete. Tickets were closed or marked as resolved even though the parcel remains blocked and undelivered. Providing tracking links or saying the parcel has shipped does not solve the fact that it cannot physically reach me.Because of this situation, I am left without the items I paid for and without my money, and I had to open a PayPal dispute just to protect myself. It is incredibly frustrating to be dealing with the consequences of a logistics error that did not originate from me, while the seller avoids responsibility by shifting the focus to the courier.This experience shows a serious lack of accountability when something goes wrong. Think twice before you order.

I don’t know why so many bad reviews I’ve had good experiences always. Clothes is true to size, packages arrive on time (unless they are preorder but even then it says a time frame), fast and easy communication, and good discounts often. I love the clothing and as I mentioned they have good discounts quite often. They even email additional promotional codes sometimes and some clothes/accessories come out almost given out. I can’t clarify a date of experience since I’ve ordered 5+times

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They sent damaged items, so I started the return process, which was very time consuming and complex. They never sent a label or confirmation that I would get reimbursed. Now I am stuck with the damaged items at full price and they have stopped responding to emails, and no one answers the phone.

Horrible experience. My wife bought a dress for an event that we were going to. We ordered the dress 5 weeks in advance of the event. It just arrived, 4 weeks later, and it was the wrong dress. The company is unwilling to offer any satisfying solutions. They're telling us that we can send the dress back and they'll refund us once they receive it. However, they're unwilling to send us the correct dress. At this point we're out of time and we're not even confident that we'll receive our refund.

Above and beyond customer service!I ordered some bridesmaid dresses through Peppermayo which were gorgeous, however, unfortunately, not quite right in the fit for some of my bridesmaids. The Peppermayo team were quick to respond, flexible and went above and beyond to find a solution for us. Thanks PM team!
