  • You can make an item return within 30 days from the date of purchase at Peppermayo (full-priced and in their original condition).

  • Items you can NOT return: beauty products, earrings, or intimate products.

Shipping Policy

All shipping methods are done via expedited delivery at Peppermayo for delivery within three to seven days. There is a flat rate of $8 for orders under $75, and it is free for orders over $75.

You can also pay extra for DHL Express, which takes two to four days at an extra cost.

I would rate 0 star if I could

I would rate 0 star if I could. Dress expensive but very poor quality and not like the photograph.£8 postage and £20 return postage in order to get a refund.Even costs £5 for a credit note.Avoid at all costs. £28 down and no dress.Not transparent to my teenage daughter who used this company thinking they weren’t going to rip her off!

To charge people £20 plus to return items in this current economic climate is morally reprehensible. The clothes are also not worth the prices they are sold for and the quality is akin to something you would buy from Primark.

My dress didn’t fit great, but after returning it and having problems using the live chat, I had really great customer service after messaging the instagram and having almost instant response! Was awesome, thank you Peppermayo costumer service team!

Bad customer service.

I ordered a dress over two weeks ago for a formal I have this weekend. Keep in mind, the dress was supposed to arrive in 2-6 business days. I had not revived any updates on shipping after a week, so ai decided to email them. They then told me my order had been lost in transit. They lost my order. I figured I would be getting my money back or (because there was still time) maybe they could have shipped it out with next day delivery since it was completely on their end, but they refused saying I would need to return my order and then pay extra for next day delivery. I’m so disappointed in this company. They have so many opportunities to make this right and instead choose not to. They have now updated me and said my dress will be here next week (far too late). I guess I will have to return for in store credit and give the credit to one of my family members because I refuse to ever pay another dime towards this establishment. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Because this is not the first time this has happened to me with pepper mayo.

The worst customer service I’ve ever…

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with zero empathy or respect for their customer’s time and money. Ordered a dress for a wedding at the end of September, it was deemed “lost in transit” by Peppermayo and they refused to provide a refund. Claimed I would have to wait up to 6 months for them to locate the lost package before a refund would be provided.Their nonexistent customer service takes days between responses with so many different reps that no one knows what the customer has already communicated. This caused me over 2 months of stress trying to relinquish my funds. Finally, they sent a replacement dress (despite my requests for refund) and told me I had to go to a “local” USPS to pick it up — the USPS they sent it to was an hour away from my house and took me half a day to find the proper location to pickup. It was supposed to arrive September 28th and did not arrive until the second week of December. Despite 3 months of their company’s lack of attention and accountability, they didn’t even offer a store credit or something to make the customer happy amidst the insane hassle. Worst experience shopping online that I’ve quite literally ever had. I want to scream from the rooftops for no one to buy from them.

Poor design & £20 return policy

Long time to wait for order, poor quality for the price and the fit is so strange on all 4 dresses. One fit but was too long I’m 5’10. Cheap material and £20 to return them!!! I wouldn’t bother ! Wish I had checked on here before ordering : (

Fake customer service

I ordered 2 dresses and paid extra for expedited shipping to get the dresses in time for a formal event. I watched for a week while the shipping stayed in the “pre shipment” stage with only a label created. I contacted the company via email and live chat multiple times expressing my frustration because the dresses would not come in time if they didn’t ship soon and I never got a live person or helpful response. In the end, the dresses didn’t ship for a week and now will come too late for the event, which already happened. They don’t have an easy return policy and charge return shipping so I expect more difficulty getting a refund since I can never get a live customer service rep. Such a disappointing and frustrating experience.

Peppermayo — Fix Your Illegal Return Policy. EU Customers Deserve Better.

I’m shocked at how Peppermayo handles returns for EU customers. They refuse to take back any sale items, even if the item doesn’t fit or looks completely different in person.Let me be clear:Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal applies to online purchases — including sale items.A company selling to the EU cannot just declare sale items “final sale” unless they meet very specific exceptions (which clothing does not fall under).Peppermayo is selling to EU customers while ignoring the laws that protect those customers. That’s not just inconvenient — it’s unacceptable.I’m demanding that Peppermayo immediately update their return policy for EU buyers and start honoring the legal 14-day right of withdrawal on sale items. Anything less is non-compliant with EU consumer protections and leaves customers stuck with items they can’t return.Until this is fixed, I strongly recommend EU customers think twice before ordering here.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

This company is ridiculous and have terrible customer service. Yes there clothes are nice, but they are rude, do not respond to emails and don’t back their word with their actions. I placed an order on black friday and they cancelled it for no reason claiming their system marked the purchase as fraud and admitting it was a mistake. When I realized they have canceled my order I said that I wanted to know why which is when they told me it was because it was marked as fraud. I emailed and asked if I could re-order my purchase with the price that I purchased the first time because there was a $75 difference. They told me no because they needed to be fair to all customers and their system didn’t allow retroactive discounts. We went back-and-forth and when I said that they were not being fair, they stopped responding to emails. I asked for a manager or a phone number to call to speak to someone, and they stopped responding altogether. I feel like if I bought something at a discounted price, and they canceled the order without me knowing, and it was not up to me, then I should get the discounted price that I originally bought it as. Overall, they did not handle the situation well, fairly, or correctly. This company staffs terrible people that do not know how to handle situations or act professionally. There customer service is a disgrace and no one should buy from them. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will never make another purchase.

Their online service help is useless

Their online service help is useless. I ordered a dress with express shipping. It was meant to arrive 4 days before my event. The day before my event I got told that it had been sent to the wrong address and returned to peppermayo. It was very disappointing. When I asked for a refund on my $15 express shipping they said they don't offer that. So I wasted $15 on nothing. Thanks Peppermayo

Very disappointed with the service

Very disappointed with the service. Ordered 2 dresses at full price. Next day they were both reduced but would cost me £20 to return. I reached out to customer services about returning a dress when my daughter chose which one she liked best. They would not offer a return as I went 1 day over 30 days. Would never use again. Expected more flexibility form on o line retailer.

Don’t be fooled by influencers

I’ve seen a couple of influencers promote this brand, I bought in the sale as the full price items were a little out of my price range. Little did I know you can’t return sale items for a refund you can only return for store credit which they try and make you buy stuff immediately! It’s like Shein quality too when some dresses are priced at like £60+ 🙃

Do not waste your money

I truly don’t know why I thought it was a good idea to shop from Peppermayo. I must’ve forgot how uncooperative and slow to correspond they are. In going to checkout with my order, the website was glitching to where I couldn’t tell if the purchase was going through. I got no confirmation on the page. My cart went empty, and I saw no charge. I assumed it didn’t go through, so I repurchased everything. After about ten minutes, I get a confirmation for both orders. I immediately reached out to see if I could cancel one. Of course, it takes them multiple days to respond. They didn’t get back to me until after the items shipped, and said there was nothing they could do.DO NOT waste your money here. Because if any small issue occurs, you can bet that they will not be helpful.

I would give zero if it was an option

I would give zero if it was an option. Disgusting that they charge £20 to return items when the postage for this item would be £3.65 I checked with the post office when I sent back. I will never order from here again. Quality of the clothes is terrible one dress was so thin it was see through. I will make sure my daughter and all her friends don’t fall for this con again.

I would give zero stars if I could I received a dress that didn’t fit, after promptly retiring it I was only refunded part of the cost of my orderApparently they charge £20 for the return of a dress that costs less than £50I’ve tried reaching out to their support team and have yet to hear back, I really wish I’d looked at the reviews on here before ordering - I would never have ordered from them and am certain I never will again

Used AMEX dispute to get my money back. AVOID

Order some items in the sale. They arrived but some were poor quality & didn't fit properly. Asked to return them in line with consumer rights 14-day cooling off policy, Peppermayo refused to send a return label and then would not respond to emails. I disputed the charge with AMEX and got my money back and didn't have to return the items. AVOID.
