Worst customer service experience ever. I bought some items for my wife and had to return them unopened because of an unexpected accident that forced us to cancel our trip. I requested to cancel before shipment but they refused. Even though they got the items back after 16 days, still no refund. I won't be ordering from them again. Also noticed their stuff is cheaper on other sites during sales.
This brand is really more about fashion than actual skiing function. The technical specs just aren't there. I do appreciate their sweaters so I'm giving it two stars instead of one, but their ski wear misses the mark. I bought their faux leather snow pants and the ribbed knee part sits too low, which gets super annoying because you're constantly adjusting them. Other people I saw had the same complaint. Another brand makes ribbed knee pants that fit way better. These pants run long too, I'm 5'6" and got a size medium and they're still too loose and weirdly flared at the ankles. A lot of their jackets don't have ski pass pockets on the sleeves which is really inconvenient at the lifts. If you're a serious skier, skip Perfect Moment. If you just want to look good on the slopes, then go for it.
The parka looks great and keeps you warm but falls apart quickly. I only wore mine for about two weeks in one season and the cuffs are already falling apart and the fabric started pulling in spots. For something that costs almost eight hundred dollars, this is disappointing. If you actually plan to use this for skiing, there are better options out there.
