The Italian dialogue moves way too fast and the speakers don't articulate clearly. The audio quality makes it hard to catch exactly what's being said, which turns the lessons into a frustrating experience. Providing transcripts would fix this issue, but they won't do it. It's unfortunate because otherwise the program would be really solid if they just addressed these problems.

The speaking practice is really solid, I'll give them that. The problem is the lessons drag on way longer than they need to be, which gets monotonous pretty quickly. I'm not sure when they last updated anything, but they really need a major overhaul. We're not living in the early 2000s anymore, so it would be nice to see some modernization.

Watch out: The platform and support team don't match the quality of the lessons themselves, which honestly aren't great but did help me reach my goals. The program completely stopped working after my free trial ended, right from the first day I paid. The customer service folks are nice but don't actually know how to help.
