Do not order from here please avoid

Do not order from here please avoid! I made some orders and need to return somethings and their returns portal has been turned off, the returns portal either doesn’t load at all and when it does load it can range from “retailer invalid” error, then when it gets through to the returns order menu where you select what needs to be returned it won’t let you go any further and brings up something went wrong. I’ve tried my phone as well as my laptop. This means they’re going to be made redundant again so please avoid.

Item missing from my order and no…

Item missing from my order and no customer service support.Order LUK1H52W9N305NG arrived without the black leather sock boots. I have tried to contact PrettyLittleThing via email, Instagram, Facebook, and iMessage, but have received no response.There is no proper contact form and their advertised contact options do not work. I am still waiting for either a refund or a replacement for the missing item.Extremely disappointing experience.

Used to order from here religiously and never failed me. Havn’t ordered since the rebrand because I just don’t like the clothes anymore. I needed something quickly, and ordered last Monday. Still hasn’t arrived despite paying extra for next day delivery. Appalling

Sizing is awful

Sizing is awful. Bought a dress and it was way too big for its size so I had to return it. They deducted the price of the return shipping from my refund which I think is unfair as I've already paid shipping for an item to come and it's completely too big so that's the fault of the company not mine. Really annoying you have to pay for return shipping when they're at fault. Item quality is not good either very thin material.

NONEXISTENT Customer Service, I lost $300, Thank you PLT!!!

The clothes from this store are great, but their customer service SUCKSSSS! I ordered some items for my pregnancy time and I ended up ordering a bigger size than what I was, and to my surprise it run bigger than expected, so none of the items I ordered fit. I stayed calm (that’s saying a lot for a pregnant girl) and just thought about returning the items and getting my money back, over $300. Well, their return process sucks, I tried to do a return and followed the instructions and their system kept throwing an error, I reached out to their NONEXISTENT customer service by text, which you text today and they take 48-72H to respond and they told me they couldn’t access the return portal, to reach back in 48H… That kept happening for 2 months, me reaching out and they telling me to get back in 48H until now 7 months later I don’t even get a response and I have a perfectly new, never used, big clothe’s box worth $300 that I will have to donate. Pretty Little Things has NO customer service, so if you order pray that everything is right, because no one will answer for your money. I lost $300 and they lost a customer that will tell everyone she knows that PLT sucks.

They haven’t refunded/reimbursed me for their mistake.

They don’t have an option to get refunded and haven’t replaced the incorrect item they sent me I’ve been contacting this AI bot on all their customer service platforms (I.e iMessage, Instagram, WhatsApp & Email) called KAI for three days, saying I’ll be put through to an agent and nothing has worked, I need a reimbursement immediately or a replacement, something so simple taking so long?!
