The customer service rep Kai was prompt and professional with me. However, I can only give three stars overall because my package has taken forever to arrive. I ordered something back in November of last year and it still hasn't been delivered to me. Please improve your shipping process.

Kai from customer service was really responsive and got things handled quickly. That said, I'm only giving three stars because the actual delivery has been super slow. I placed an order way back in November and I'm still waiting for it to show up. You really need to work on your shipping times.

I've contacted them repeatedly through different channels requesting a direct account credit, but keep getting told a gift certificate was sent that I'll never receive.
