Sorted by: Most recentThis will be my last time ordering from this place. I found a Melissa & Doug Pizza Seasoning Set that showed it was in stock, so I added it to my cart and finished my purchase. They took the money right away and sent me a confirmation email. When I went to check on my order status, it said cancelled. Nobody bothered to reach out and tell me what happened. I had to contact them myself to find out what was going on. They told me they actually didn't have the item in stock and couldn't get it for me. I'd been searching for this specific product and was really happy to finally buy it. The excuses kept changing every time I talked to someone. First they said it wasn't available, then one person mentioned it was only on backorder. That didn't make sense. Another rep told me there was either an inventory problem or the item got damaged. Only after I pushed the issue did they say they would refund it. The problem is the charge is still showing on my credit card even though I'm working on disputing it. I definitely won't be shopping with them again.
