Haven't even put this coat on yet and I can already tell the quality isn't great. There's a nasty odor coming from it and the stitching inside looks pretty sloppy. Lesson learned here - that price that seemed too good to be true? It definitely was.

Went into the Glasgow shop to grab the roll top backpack and had such a smooth visit. The staff member was genuinely friendly and really helped me find the right fit. Love it! The bag is super well made and handles the crazy Scottish weather beautifully. It looks stylish but also practical for getting around every day.

The bag matched the photos and description perfectly. It has such a nice feel to it and weighs almost nothing. I can carry it comfortably without any strain. Plenty of room inside and really comfortable overall.

Got exactly what I saw in the pictures and the description was spot on. The material feels lovely and soft, plus it's surprisingly lightweight. Best part is it doesn't dig into your shoulders or back at all. The bag has tons of space and feels really comfortable to wear.

My visit to the NYC store was fantastic. Don't recall the name of the staff member, but he was super careful about getting my coat fitted right and helped me pick out a bag as well. Both items performed wonderfully on my Portugal vacation where it rained almost every single day. The staff didn't rush me and it turned out to be one of my favorite shopping trips ever. I purchased the A-Line Longer W Jacket and the Tote Bag Mini, both in black, and the bag has surprising capacity. Looking forward to buying more from them down the road.

Had an awesome time at the NYC store. Can't remember the guy's name who helped me, but he was incredibly attentive and really made sure I got the perfect fit on a coat and a purse I bought too. Both items performed amazingly during my Portugal trip where it pretty much rained the entire 10 days I was there. Still held up perfectly. The staff wasn't pushy and it was genuinely one of the best shopping experiences I've had. I grabbed the A-Line Longer W Jacket in black and the Tote Bag Mini in black, and it holds way more than you'd think. Planning to grab more from them soon.

This waterproof coat blew me away. Stays completely dry in heavy downpours, with water just rolling right off instead of soaking through. The fabric is sturdy but still feels lightweight and doesn't get uncomfortable even after wearing it all day. The little touches like reinforced seams, a properly fitting hood, and zippered pockets that actually keep stuff dry are really nice. Looks good enough for everyday wear but still works great for outdoor stuff. This is a quality coat that's definitely worth the money.

I'm really into the creative designs this brand puts out. Their fashion shows I've seen online are absolutely stunning. The materials are high quality and keep me totally dry and comfy. Plus the sales team is always really helpful and makes you feel welcome.

The Rains coats I own are seriously impressive. They handle rough Cornish rainy weather like a champ. I usually layer them over warm sweaters and throw on a baseball cap to help shape the hood better. The ventilation is solid too, so I can even wear them during warmer months. Their customer service really stands out too. I reached out asking about getting a replacement drawstring after mine got loose and fell off, and they responded quickly and sent me a new one at no cost. It's awesome that they're committed to helping products last long after you buy them.
