Visited the Williamsburg location and had an amazing time with the team there - super welcoming and knowledgeable. I ended up grabbing way more stuff than I planned, but I'm really happy with everything. Just placed another order online too. The clothing quality is excellent and the prices are fair. The store layout could use some work though - lots of inventory wasn't visible on the floor, but the staff pulled items from the back when I asked. Definitely worth checking out both in person and online.

The stuff Rains makes is seriously top-notch. Got a backpack to haul my dogs' gear on hikes and it keeps everything bone dry no matter what weather hits.
