When I called about it, they wouldn't do anything to fix the problem or make it right. Ended up returning it to the store myself. I heard the company got bought by a private equity firm back in 2020, and it really seems like they've stopped caring about quality since then.
This has to be one of the best online retailers I've shopped with. Everything arrives perfectly packaged. Delivery is quick. The rewards program is excellent. Really can't ask for anything better.
This place has a ton of fantastic tea options. Their shipping is super careful and I really appreciate getting sample packets with every purchase, even if I wish they mixed up which ones you get sometimes. Though they're free so I can't really complain. I've noticed that some of their teas actually taste different when you buy the canned version versus the refill bags. I think maybe it's because the loose tea gets shuffled around differently in the bag? There's one that's pretty notably off. Lean Green is delicious in refill form but in the can it's got way too much cinnamon flavor, which is weird. One time a tea didn't show up in my order, but they sent a replacement without making it difficult. That kind of service is awesome. If you're looking for recommendations, I'd go with Ginger Peach Chocolate Truffle, Lean Green refills, and Moringa.
Ordered something over $150 with international shipping 10 days ago and it's still just sitting there being processed. They told me my address was wrong, so I provided the zip code, sent them a Google Maps link, everything. Still nothing. The whole experience has been frustrating with terrible support that doesn't seem to know what they're doing.
