Avoid ordering from this site. The GLOBAL version in particular is a nightmare. They charge you upfront, then leave you hanging for weeks without responding to customer service. Good luck getting a refund or having your order shipped. Their standard line is to wait 2 to 3 months, and if something goes wrong after that, suddenly it's not their responsibility. Then they drag out the review process another 90 days. That's half a year of dealing with this mess just to resolve a payment issue. I never even got to use the scanner since it never arrived, and honestly I'm done trying to work with them.

Placed an order straight from their website late on November 10th. Their site mentioned it would ship from Germany to the UK within 6 days. Two days went by and it still showed as not shipped on their site, so I sent them an email. Turns out it had already left, but it was coming FROM CHINA, not Germany. I skipped the extra delivery insurance option. It's now November 16th, tracking shows it cleared Heathrow a few hours ago and came through Germany, so delivery should happen tomorrow. The tracking updates from their website could definitely be clearer, but I should still get it within the promised timeframe. They did respond to my messages pretty quickly though.

My purchase was flagged as potentially risky, but then nobody from the company ever contacted me about it. They asked me to upload my ID and other personal documents to confirm my identity, which made me uncomfortable. I wasn't willing to submit anything else after that. If you're considering them, I'd suggest checking out Amazon instead. This company just doesn't feel trustworthy to me.
