These are hands down the best teas I've ever had. I sampled their English Breakfast at a local cafe and was hooked immediately. I wanted to order just one tea, but a promotional popup for a $40 tea collection with mug appeared without my consent. When I checked my cart, this bundle was already added and I couldn't delete it no matter what I tried. It got charged to my card anyway. I reached out trying to fix it but didn't get anywhere. I assumed I could simply return the unopened package, but their policy is final sale with no returns. I'm really upset about this. Wish I could give zero stars.

Yeah, the prices are pretty steep but completely worth it. Their ruby oolong is one of my go-to teas and I honestly can't find it anywhere else. The guava herbal blend was amazing too. Some of their more common varieties might be available cheaper elsewhere with similar quality, but a bunch of their unique blends are exclusive to them, which justifies the cost.
