I ordered all of my running shoes from…
I ordered all of my running shoes from running warehouse. I tried to call the Alpharetta store on Saturday morning about my 15% military discount and Michael would not give me the discount. I have always received my military discount and he would not give it to me. That tells me that Michael is anti-military and running warehouse is letting him steal my discount. I need to spread the word on social media. That’s running warehouse is anti-military.

I returned an expensive watch only to…
I returned an expensive watch only to find that I have been give a store credit. I was pretty sure there was no issues with the watch and it was returned in completely good condition. After talking with Michael S, he understood my situation, went back to the warehouse and classified my return as completely normal giving me my full refund back. Thanks, Michael!.

Customer Service Done Right!
I ordered two pairs of shoes in my normal size, and they both arrived quickly. One pair fit perfectly from the start, the other caused an unexpected issue I didn’t realize was from the shoe at first.Even though I was well past the return window, I reached out, and their customer service went above and beyond. They explained their policy but still offered a replacement/store credit and had the new pair on my doorstep in record time.Now both pairs feel amazing, and I’m seriously impressed. It’s rare to see a company stand behind their product like that these days! Thank you RW!

Out of Stock Lie and No Refund
I placed an order for a pair of shoes which went through successfully, only to receive an email the next day claiming the item was out of stock. When I checked their website, the exact same size was still showing as available – so clearly they were not being truthful.To make matters worse, I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company – never again.

Only had the shoes for 7 weeks when…
Only had the shoes for 7 weeks when tearing had appeared on one of the shoes. When I raised this, they claimed it was natural wear and tear. Nah-uh. Denied being able to return and replace. It’s not like they wear the cost, they return them to ASICS who have made a faulty product. 7 weeks, I don’t run that much to justify tear that will soon be a hole. I even had previous pairs of asics to validate those have no tears or holes in the toe area. I will use shoe store moving forward.

Best Running Shoe Store
I’ve bought 3 shoes from running warehouse. One of them I liked a lot and kept so no problems there but I had to return both of the other two since one of them was the wrong size for me and the other one was a maxfly that got popped. Both times I had excellent customer service and got returns quickly and excellently. This company is very trustworthy, affordable, and seems to actually care about their customers which is all I need in a company. Overall definitely a 5/5 and my go to running store.

Not all bad!
Ordered my shoes friday just before noon 11th July. Got them in DK Tuesday 15 July in the afternoon in Denmark. Perfect size. Fair Price and fast delivery✅I write this review as I nearly drop ordering due to many bad review that pops up. But I had a good experience.

Terrible experience with this company
Terrible experience with this company. I don't trust them. Ordered hoka shoes from them and shipment never delivered to me but went back to them. No apologies just wasted my time. Called several times with no resolution. Spoke with a supervisor and nothing happened. Feels like a scam company.
