They advertised lower prices and guaranteed three to four day delivery via courier, which sounded good. But there's a catch - the price shown doesn't include sales tax, which you pay on delivery instead. They use Deutsche Post and its affiliates for shipping, and in my country it goes through the national postal service. The tracking showed delivered but provided no instructions for redelivery. Their support phone just repeats the same info and their email support never responds. The courier's online system is completely useless - it still says my order is somewhere in Germany even though I placed it ten days ago. To get my stuff I had to go collect it from the local post office and pay the tax there. The package also had the wrong address on it compared to what I entered in my order. It's honestly a miracle I ended up with my package at all.

I already had a pair of Brooks Glycerin 20s from a different retailer, so I figured I'd grab another pair here. The support sole on the new pair is completely different from my original pair, which makes me suspicious they sent me a counterfeit. I'll be ordering from somewhere else going forward instead of Running Warehouse.

I've already filed a dispute with my credit card company. The customer service was terrible and the business practices feel dishonest. They charge you before anything ships!
