Ordered a Ryder Toys ride-on vehicle in early December 2025 as a Christmas gift for my daughters. It arrived on Christmas Eve, so I rushed to assemble it for the next morning. Unfortunately, it came with the wrong drive shaft that didn’t fit the front gearbox or steering column.Support was initially responsive, but it’s been a nightmare since—I’ve waited over a month for a replacement part, with ongoing excuses about inventory issues. The Chinese-labeled box suggests supply chain problems from the factory.Overall, a terrible experience and total waste of money on a useless box cluttering my garage. Avoid Ryder Toys; buy from Sam’s Club or Costco for reliable kids’ electric vehicles instead.

I bought a $500 car. The battery stopped holding charge after 3 weeks. Their only support is to tell you to buy a voltmeter and somehow test a battery that is inaccessible. Crazy customer service and poor product design. Even if the battery is bad good luck replacing it.

We got their 48V model and couldn’t be happier. It’s a satisfyingly sturdy and powerful toy. It’s high quality and great valueI! It was easy to order, professionally shipped and easy to put together. Their customer service was great and responsive to any questions or needs we had. My little boy is thrilled!

What a waste of money! My review could go for pages but I won't do that to you. Horrible customer service, I paid for the flex jeep. Received an email conformation of purchase, another email to get the plate for the jeep. Two weeks later an email telling me they were "sold out". Tried to get me to but something else they had, "bait and switch"Then things got worse, I explained it was a xmas gift for my grandson. I was assured it would get to me in time, it would be back in stock soon. Received it 12-26!!! Now the jeep, what a piece of junk! Nothing fit together correctly, all the electrical connections for the lights broke when connecting them, had to glue the connection so they would not pull apart. After charging the jeep for the recommenced time in the manual, it last for 15 minutes and the battery was dead. This is a walmart quality toy...not a $800 item. Do not buy from this company, it's crap!

We purchased our son a 4wheel buggy last Christmas. The car had been doing great to considering we us it everyday! A year into us having the car we noticed a little issue. The battery said fully charged and it would turn on as normal but when we would press the peddle it completely turned off. My husband was trying to find videos on this issue and couldn’t so he commented on a Ryder YouTube video saying we spent to much for it to only last a year. Within a few days Ryder support called me and allowed me to explain what was going on and they said since we use it so much the battery is probably going bad. Without me asking the gentleman I spoke with said they will send us a new battery to no cost to us to see if that’s what the issue is and we’ll go from there. The battery arrived within 4 days and thankfully a new battery did the job! Feeling thankful Ryder customer service has been very helpful and responsive to any concerns or questions! We love our 4 wheeler buggy! definitely worth every penny! Thank you Ryder support!

A $900 truck was shipped with a chunk of the frame missing and the drift cart we bought only goes backwards. Very little help from customer service

Use extreme cauton doing business with this company. I was scammed just this Christmas...I bought a Ryder toy from their website on November 28. They took my money and said it would be processed and shipped in 3-4 business days. However, they sold me a product they did not have. They tried to offer an inferior product with no discount, which I refused.The item that I bought on November 28 did not arrive until December 26. My order is also still incomplete, as the customized license plate never arrived. When I contact customer service, they just blame FedEx, who of course, had nothing to do with the delay.This was the cause of the delay, from Ryder themselves, "The TrailFlex had a high influx of orders the moment it came back in stock. Many customers had been waiting for this model as it became an instant crowd favorite, and the stock moved very quickly once it became available. Your order entered our system during this surge, and this is why it sold out shortly after."Ryder continues to not take any accountability and blames me and Fedex for the delay.

All my daughter wanted for Christmas was a car she could drive. This pink go kart from Ryder toys fulfilled all her dreams! The customized license plate with her name on it was icing on the cake! Made her Christmas morning everything she had hoped for!!

I wish I had seen the bad reviews on Trustpilot before purchasing, instead of being wowed by the 5-star reviews on the Ryder website. I’m disappointed by the deceptive marketing. First, the “EVA tires” are actually plastic with a thin layer of rubber; they’re not sturdy. Second, I severely question the “made in the USA” statement - the instructions are horribly written by someone whose first language is not English and when the car starts up there’s an obnoxiously loud female voice with an Asian accent (that can’t be turned off or down unfortunately).I bought this car because I thought it was slightly bigger than standard, but it’s not. It’s also not built any better than the $200 car you can buy off Amazon. The extra bells and whistles - like the “third seat” (ha!) and touchscreen music player are over-hyped. I regret my $830 purchase.
