Our $900 truck showed up with a large piece of the frame missing. The drift cart we also bought only moves backwards. Customer service was basically useless.

I had mixed up my color choice on the go cart order. When I reached out they responded INCREDIBLY QUICKLY. They switched the color for me without any hassle!!!

Overall we're pretty happy with our 4 wheel drive buggy. We wanted to move up from a smaller ride for our 7 year old granddaughter. Glad we found the online assembly guides because the instruction booklet was tough to read, clearly written by someone for whom English wasn't the first language. Better labeling on the vehicle itself and in the videos would help. We accidentally attached the rear axle to the front axle with a bolt. And labeling which parts go left and right under the vehicle would make installing the wheel motors easier. The MP3 player feels too basic even for a 7 year old, and why include videos and songs in Chinese? We're trying to hook up something else so she can listen to music made for kids her age. TO BE CLEAR: THE BOX STATES IT'S DESIGNED IN THE USA BUT BUILT IN CHINA, which was disappointing. All things considered, the buggy is great right now. We'll see how it stands up with time.

RISKY AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORTSpent over $2,000 and it quit working after 10 minutes. The pedal stopped accelerating. We reached out by phone and email MANY times. Their only response was sending links to YouTube videos that had nothing to do with our specific vehicle. After they refused to actually help, we finally asked for our money back and thankfully got it. After messing around ourselves we figured out the E-brake was sticking and it had a safety lockout preventing the car from going. Once we loosened it up things worked. But then we tested it on a private driveway with a slope and when I stepped on the brake pedal, NOTHING HAPPENED. The car kept picking up speed because of the angle. TERRIFIED, I yanked the E-brake but the car STILL kept going. By luck nobody was hurt. DO NOT BUY THIS DANGEROUS PRODUCT!!!!!

Problem after problem with this thing. When it showed up, the box got pretty beat up during shipping and that broke the light covers and bent the axle. We went ahead and assembled it anyway since it was supposed to be a Christmas present for our kids. They sent us a replacement axle and 2 out of 4 light covers, which was fine. The kids had fun with it so we didn't sweat the missing covers since it still worked. A couple months go by and suddenly it won't go one direction. The 90 day window had passed, so fixing it cost us almost $50 out of pocket. Then right after that the buggy started moving on its own when turned on without anyone even touching the accelerator, and wouldn't move when you actually pushed it. Really let down by how this has held up. We had a cheap power wheel years ago that lasted a decade. We thought this would be way better, but we couldn't have been more wrong.

Ordered their new UTV for $1800 and it came damaged on the back. I said no thanks and asked for an undamaged replacement. They told me they had to get the broken one back before sending anything new, and it would take ten business days. Ten business days have come and gone. Still don't have the return. They won't send a replacement and claim they're out of stock. Meanwhile they're holding my cash with nothing to show for it. I asked them to just repair the damaged one and send it back. They said that's not possible. This company gets zero recommendations from me. The support is terrible! Run the other way!

They'll push another $800 unit without any problem, but can't seem to get their hands on replacement drive motors. Another thing: they take down reviews on their social media pages and website, only showing the ones that praise them. If you look carefully at the positive reviews, you can tell a lot of them are fake just by reading how they're written and the language they use.

This outfit shouldn't be in business. I'd rate them negative if possible. We've been waiting close to a year just to get a part back in stock. The excuses, runaround phone calls, and terrible support would honestly fill up pages. Our grandson got maybe a dozen uses out of this before the gears completely failed. They're happy to sell you another $800 toy, but they apparently can't figure out how to get the drive motors they need. Also worth noting: they delete reviews from social media and their website, keeping only the glowing ones. Pay close attention to those positive reviews and you'll see they're obviously fake based on how they're written and the words people use.

This thing is slow. Website says 12 mph but the manual says 13 km/h. And there's a 70 pound weight cap. So I'm calling BS on the "Made in the USA" claim too. Here's a tip to the company: we don't use metric measurements in America. Grab the Flyer from Walmart instead.

Zero stars would be more fair!!! I bought a pink truck on December 10th. My card was charged right away for $836. I got messages that the order went through and to expect delivery in 3 to 4 days with a tracking number. Still nothing a week and a half later. I've called multiple times. One rep said they'd check on it and get back to me within an hour, but nothing for a full day. I've emailed for days with zero replies. I tried their chat and they said I'd hear back in 9 minutes. That was 24 hours ago with still no word. Finally got someone on the phone today who said it's out of stock and apologized. Keep in mind this was my kid's one Christmas wish and her only present! Saying sorry doesn't cut it. Nobody told me it was out of stock beforehand. Their site still shows 5 pink trucks available. I haven't even gotten a refund started. Now there's no way I can order from somewhere else and get it in time. What a disaster this company is!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They should feel ashamed, and based on what other customers say, they shouldn't even be allowed to operate. I'm not confident I'll ever see that $836 again.

Don't buy from this company. I checked out the bad reviews and thought I'd take a chance anyway. The craftsmanship on these vehicles is pretty bad. When we were putting in the steering screws, the screw heads snapped right off and basically destroyed the new vehicle before we even used it. Think about your kids riding around in something where the steering hardware is falling apart. I can't believe they cheap out on parts like that on an $800 toy for kids.

We weren't rushing to get it so the delivery timeline wasn't a big deal even though it took a bit longer than expected. But the actual product turned out great. Anyone who can swing it should definitely grab one.
