I placed 2 orders and neither of them got picked up by carrier nor did they refund me in a reasonable amount of time. 3-4 weeks for a refund on an item that was never sent out is ridiculous. I will never shop here again. I believe they are using false items on their site and investing peoples money because nothing about this is acceptable or understandable

Ordered an item that arrived with the security tag still attached. I contacted customer service via chat and was instructed to return the item so the tag could be removed and the item sent back to me.The company received the returned item but then declined to send it back. They stated they would issue a refund, which has still not been processed.This issue was entirely caused by an internal fulfillment error, yet the resolution has not been honored, leaving the customer without the product or the refund.

Terrible service. They make you wait 30+ days to issue s refund. I purchased a very expensive valentino purse and after a year, its all stringy and torn inside of the purse. I never experienced anything like this with my many other bags. The material is very cheap and deceiving!!! Be Aware!

Ordered two pairs of shoes and received only one pair. Initiated a claim the day I received the partial order and still waiting for a resolution 32 days after that, when they said they would resolve within 10 business days.Avoid purchasing from this online retailer at all costs.TERRIBLE customer service.

I purchased a pair of pants on sale at Saks Fifth Avenue and was never clearly informed that the item was final sale. When the pants did not fit, I attempted to return them and was told that not only were returns refused, but even store credit was denied. This complete lack of transparency and customer accommodation is unacceptable. Saks Fifth Avenue has lost my business permanently.

Ordered on 2 Dec , trying to chat or call since last 3 days finally someone gets connected and they don’t have order shipping status even after 10 days and they are even not ready to cancel. While placing order it did say estimated delivery 10 th Dec . Pretty bad attitude of Emanuel.

If there were zero stars, Saks OFF Fifth would be it. Purchased a lovely pendant with a box chain. After my son wore it a couple of times, the flimsy lobster clasp broke. It was for his 18th birthday, so I bought it early and recently gave it to him. He loved it, but now I have to have it fixed. And it's too late to return, 30 day policy. I contacted Saks customer service and told them, I'm not looking to return it, just a remedy that will help get it fixed. I would have been satisfied with a small credit to help get it fixed. Well, Saks offered me 5%. I thought, okay 5% credit off the over $320 dollar necklace, that's fair I guess. NO, 5% off of the repair, which I have to first get, then upload a copy of the repair receipt. So, it's sterling silver, so maybe the cost would be like $30 to $35 to replace the lobster clasp and little rings it needs. Well, do the math. I would get a whole 5% credit to help pay for the repair. Wow, a whole $1.50 or maybe even $1.75? That is just sad. Don't ever buy jewelry from Saks OFF Fifth. THe brand of pendant/necklace is EFFY, which I don't think is the best quality. Not well made at all. Lesson learned.

Wow. I wish I read these reviews before ordering (as I had never ordered previously).I ordered several items over the black friday weekend--a leather jacket, 2 puffer jackets, and a cashmere hoodie. They arrived pretty quickly, but there were issues with every item. The leather jackets had multiple scuffs and scratches--even areas where the leather embossing and dye were absent. The puffer jackets were both larger than the provided sizes on the website and, even though the cashmere hoodie fit great, the head hole was too small. So, a fail all around.Fast-forward to me calling to return the items b/c there is a $9.95 charge for any return. I called b/c I didn't think I should have to pay to return a damaged item. The rep agreed and as far as I can tell, the shipping won't be charged once my return is received--even though every confirmation I get includes the shipping as a deduction.The real, glaring issue at this point is what I was told by the rep: "Returns can take 30 days to process and another 7 days after that to process your refund." Of course I was like, "Uh, what now?" Talk about a ridiculous, seemingly standardized policy. THIS is enough reason not to shop at Saks off 5th. I was told that if I returned the items in store, that my refund would be processed immediately and it was pointed out that there is a store in Chicago.So, not wanting to deal with a "you're not getting your money back any time soon" policy, I trekked to the store. And, guess what? It's permanently closed. Again, wow. A rep should know this, even if I can't help but kick myself for not calling ahead.Long story a bit shorter, products may or may not be accurately represented. They also might be damaged. And, to top off those risks, the return process is a relative nightmare. As far as I can tell based on my experience? This store is Saks refuse bin and should be avoided.

ZERO - Bottom line, their customer service department should be called TREAT THE CUSTOMER LIKE SHIT. Rip them off, not deliver product. The courier LOST my expensive purchase and off 5th saks REFUSED to replace it! they want me to RE-BUY it and they can charge me shipping all over again AND I waited for 2 weeks to call them about it. No One told me my order was never ever coming. I have to wait 8 weeks for a refund and now my BFF doesn't have her lovely birthday gift. I hate this place.
