They're not well constructed - the fabric feels rough and the fit is totally off. Better than the budget brands but nowhere near as good as other quality competitors. If this is what they're putting out, I'd tell people to look elsewhere and find something with better construction.
Really let down by these boxers. I had such high hopes based on the hype. After just a couple of washes, everything fell apart - the colors started washing out, they lost their original fit and got all loose, and the fabric started pilling up with little fuzzy balls everywhere. It's super uncomfortable and definitely not soft anymore. Not buying from them again. Total waste of money.
I'd give them zero stars if the site let me. I've called four times and sent two detailed emails about a four hundred forty-eight dollar order that never showed up. They just keep sending the same generic responses without actually helping. I'm furious and I've told my husband he's never buying from them again. Got 9 pairs including gifts and waited two weeks for it to show up. Then customs hit me with a sixty dollar charge that nobody mentioned - not on the checkout page, nowhere in the ordering process. The only place they mention it is buried in their FAQ. When I reached out about it, customer service just sent me a copy paste of their FAQ page. Going through their whole checkout process with zero warning about extra fees feels intentionally sneaky. An order for one sixty-two dollars shouldn't suddenly jump by an extra sixty in hidden charges. That's basically adding another third to what you're paying. Don't think many people would accept that.
I ordered on the twenty-third of November and they shipped it out the twenty-sixth. Now it's December fifth and still nothing. The tracking showed it was supposed to arrive November thirtieth but it never showed up. Called them multiple times and just get a recording saying they can't take my call. Between them and the shipping company I'm exhausted trying to track this down. I want this order canceled and my money back now. I've written on their Facebook multiple times and haven't heard anything back once. This customer service is completely unacceptable.
Bought boxers as a Christmas gift for my partner since he specifically mentioned wanting to try the brand. Placed the order at the end of November. It didn't show up in the seven to fourteen day window they advertised, though tracking said around the sixteenth so I gave it a few extra days since it was close to Christmas. When nothing arrived I messaged to check on it. They said tracking was updated to the eighteenth and told me I could get a replacement or refund if it didn't arrive then. It didn't, so I requested a replacement. But then I couldn't get any responses from their team from the eighteenth all the way to the twenty-third when I finally got someone on their chat. They said the delay was due to postal strikes and to wait until end of week to see if it showed, promising a refund or replacement if not. I told them this wasn't acceptable since I'd already asked for a replacement back on the eighteenth and that hadn't been done. They said a replacement would now take four more weeks from late December because of the holidays and strikes. That wasn't going to work since my partner had specifically requested the brand.
The boxers came quickly which was good, but we waited too long to ask for an exchange so that wasn't going to work. Customer service really disappointed me - they didn't seem interested in helping customers out. Won't be shopping there again. Good customer service matters just as much to me as the actual product, so when the service is bad it makes the product seem way less valuable. They're just average underwear at a crazy high price with terrible support to back it up. I wouldn't recommend them.
