SGT does an excellent job keeping you informed every step along the way. They stick with you until your vehicle arrives or gets picked up. The partner companies they work with are solid, and I've never had problems with any of the drivers. I've been a customer for over three years and plan to call them again next year.

The driver deserves all the credit for my five-star rating. He stayed in constant contact, went the extra mile throughout the entire process, and always let me know his location. When I called dispatch for help, I basically got nowhere and was given the wrong pickup date not once but twice, which cost me an extra $300 to reschedule my flights. I also paid an additional $50 for tracking updates that I never actually received. The driver was absolutely outstanding and honestly made the whole experience worthwhile.

I'd say this is about 4.5 stars honestly. Pretty satisfied with the shipping service overall. The price was also noticeably cheaper compared to some of the bigger-name companies. The main drawback was communication could have been better since they only offer Live Chat Support, which felt awkward at first, but it turned out okay in the end. The actual carrier company wasn't the most responsive either, but they still picked up the vehicle on schedule and delivered exactly as promised. Would definitely go with them again.

Right from the beginning, the communication was outstanding and I always knew what to expect. The person I spoke with on my first call stayed in constant contact. There was also a young lady on the team who checked in with me about the pickup. The driver who collected the vehicle was clearly a pro who knew exactly what he was doing. My car arrived the next day in pristine condition. The price was fair. What else could you want? Absolutely recommend SGT Auto Transport!
