I order a cervical pain relief device…

I order a cervical pain relief device for Christmas on November 2nd. My husband didn't like it because it felt too bulky and very uncomfortable to use. On 12/29/26 it was picked up by FED EX in Sparks Nevada and was deliver to Okron Ohio on 3:04 pm on 1/6/26. I have emailed asking where my refund is after including the refund paperwork and keeping a copy for myself and have heard NOTHING back. It is now the end of January and still haven't got my refund back to my account and haven't heard from one customer service agent. I will never purchase anything from this company again since carrier pigeon would have been quicker than sending this gift back for a refund. It's apparent they are just about selling you merchandise not about following through when the product is not what you expected or advertised.

Verified Item Returned- But No Refund!

Sharper Image deducts fairly high return shipping fees for returning an item and then fails to issue a refund. Sharper Image is a dishonest, disreputable company that sells cheaply made products. I suspect that so many of their products get returned due to customer dissatisfaction, that if they acturally abided by their return poiicy and issued refunds, the compnay would go broke. We all need to petition retailers like WalMart and Bed Bath and Beyond to stop carrying Sharper Image products. This is the only way to change the way they operate to rip off consumers.

PRICE/PRODUCT/SERVICE

The items I received when I first ordered were very pricy and did not get the discount they promised; that was approximately 3 years ago. I tried to reach them unsuccessfully. I now wanted to place 3 orders but decided to check reviews first and the negative reviews are too much and true. Too many of theseonline merchants are dropping the ball with regards to products, delivery and service. Sorry, not buying again from them.

Sharper Image once had a goid…

Sharper Image once had a goid reputation with store presence. beware of claims stating they are an American brand company. A company bought the original business and now is “Sharper Image Company “ . they are simply the middlemen for cheap tech products - with cool packaging and sleek online sales that are high priced.Dont be fooled by the complicated sales prices, the shipping rebates, and the $25 gift cards. You will get these but will never be able to apply them to any item other then a full price item - which has high shipping costs. Its a pricing scam . And the products, especially the toys are at best mediocre.

Ordered two items - both defective!

Ordered two items, both defective, both returned; only partial refund provided. Ridiculously terrible customer service. Should be called "customer disservice." Will never ever order from them again!

I ordered a bathrobe for my niece's…

I ordered a bathrobe for my niece's birthday. It was described as plush, long, hooded. The item I received was knee-length. That's not my major complaint.It was left on my porch in a flimsy box which was water-logged because it had rained (there is a spot next to the door that is ALWAYS dry, but the box was not near that). In addition to the box being waterlogged, when I opened the box, the plush robe was soaked. It had just been dumped into the box without any other wrapping...most shippers would have put the robe in some sort of plastic and/or water-repelling wrapping. As well, the robe had a bellyband around it that indicated: "As seen on TV - Amazon." So much for Sharper Image's image. The matching image on Amazon was for a cost of $29.95. The Sharper Image bill was $77.00.

REFUND NOT RECEIVED - HANDLING FEE

i ORDERED TWO ITEMS BUT THEY WERE NOT WHAT I EXPECTD SO I RETUURNED THEM WITH RETURN AN EXCHANGE. LABELS THEY SENT ME THROUGH FEDEX. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT SAME DAY THEY WERE SENDING ME THE SAME ITEM AS IT WAS PROCESSED AS AN EXCHANGE AND CHARGING ME A $20.00 HANDLING FEE. I STILL HAVENOT GOTTEN THE REFUNDNON THE OTHER ITEM AND ALSO BEINGCHARGED $20.00 HANDLING FEE. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN AND AM REQUESTING REMOVAL FROM THEIR MAILING LIST. TERRIBLE COMPANY - BEWARE!!!

Horrific Customer Service and Products

I agree with several of the reviewers that I wish 0 stars was a possibility. I made an order via Sharper Image for Christmas 2025. Received all the gifts in a timely fashion (though paid an exorbitant shipping fee). One of the gifts was given to my son and nephew. My nephew took his out of the box and had no idea how it works (virtual monster shooting game). I helped him, but will admit, was super confusing and Jenky and not at all what was expected. On top of that, the pieces easily came off and the goggles never fit on the head properly. My son tried it out and hated it. I approached Sharper Image about returning and noticed that there was a HUGE return fee on top of paying taxes back. I emailed asking if this could be removed and was told, no, this is how they run their business. I mentioned writing a review about their terrible customer service, they essentially said, "Do what you gotta do." I will NEVER order from them again and would urge others to do the same.
