Ordered an item for $55 plus $6 in gift bags, ending up with a $101 total after $31.98 shipping charges. Never received the gift bags I paid for. When I contacted customer service, I was promised a full refund multiple times by different reps, but then a floor supervisor told me that wasn't actually happening and called it a "miscommunication." They keep changing their story about why the gift bags didn't arrive. Meanwhile, I'm out the money for shipping on items I never got. The lack of honesty and finger-pointing here is incredible. Will not be ordering from them again.

Complete waste of my money! If the rating system allowed a zero, I'd give it. Got this for my grandchildren as a Christmas gift and it's never worked properly. Now I can't even return it. I need a refund for this!

The quality is poor and the prices are way too high. You could get better deals on other sites. This company used to be innovative and respected, but they've really gone downhill. I saw a beanie with LED lights listed at $47.38 as a so-called discount, but I found the exact same item at a local department store for $4.98. The markups they're asking for are ridiculous.

Placed a decent sized order and got shipping credits instead of free shipping. When I tried to apply those credits at checkout, the system wouldn't accept them as a valid number. I'm stuck with worthless credits. This was my last purchase from this company.

Would give a zero if possible. They had me spinning my wheels for two days wondering if I was losing my mind. Then I checked some other people's experiences and realized I'm not the problem. The company's communication is terrible and doesn't make sense. Their explanations are confusing and misleading. I asked for a straightforward breakdown of the original price, the discount price, gift card value, shipping and handling costs. It turned into a nightmare. The original was listed at $59.99, with a special code bringing it to $47.99. Turned out the gift card was expired. The cash back rebate was supposed to reimburse me for those outrageous shipping costs from my first order. First they said it could only go toward shipping. Then they said I couldn't use multiple coupons on one purchase. This got me frustrated, so they offered me a "deal" for 20% off the base price. Guess what the final amount was? Still $47.99, the same price showing online with 20% off. I thought this place had a solid reputation. Was I wrong. Skip them or you'll pay too much and get frustrated.

The infrared heating pad I received doesn't work the way they claim it does. According to the description, it should automatically turn off after an hour, but mine can barely stay running for 15 minutes. This is actually my second one from them; the first lasted two years before dying. When you want to return something, they make you pay for shipping. I spent $50 on a heating pad that doesn't function properly and now they want me to pay more to send it back. I'm not shocked that this company has struggled with its reputation.

My mother ended up not being able to use the item we bought for her. Returning it turned out to be super easy with no hassle at all.

Can't complain about anything. Appreciate the service. We've been ordering from here for a long time without any issues.
