What Shoppers Say About SHEATH
SHEATH receives highly polarized feedback, with shoppers either praising the product quality or expressing serious concerns about operations. The five-star reviewers report exceptional durability, comfort, and support, with some claiming their pairs have lasted years without degradation. However, the majority of reviews cite substantial issues: inconsistent sizing and fit problems causing discomfort, significant delays or complete failure to receive orders, lack of order tracking and communication, and restocking fees applied to unopened returns that reviewers felt were unfair.
The company appears to struggle with fulfillment reliability and customer service consistency. Multiple reviewers report lost shipments, months-long delays without updates, and orders that never arrived. When returns are processed, customers report unexpected deductions beyond standard refund policies. While product quality resonates strongly with satisfied customers, the frequency and severity of logistics and service complaints suggest potential systemic operational challenges that overshadow product satisfaction for many buyers.

Sorted by: Most recentSwitched to bamboo boxers for better support and wanted to try Sheath for more variety. But the design just isn't there. My normal size didn't work at all for the fit where it matters. Uncomfortable chafing happened in places you really don't want. Got a larger size and it was better sitting, but then once I sat down it felt like everything was getting pinched. The special pouch feature didn't help much anyway. I ended up using the cup holder instead, which works but defeats the whole point of having two support options. Another issue: a black pair of their boxers turned brown over time, which was weird and concerning. For the price they're charging and how poorly the key features actually perform, they're just not worth buying.
Bought several pairs of their men's underwear and my original shipment got lost. They sent a replacement, but when it arrived I wasn't happy with it. Everything was still sealed in packaging, so I sent it back. Instead of a full refund, they kept part of my money and tacked on a restocking charge for returning unopened items. That's not good business. Plus the actual quality of the underwear is pretty disappointing. Honestly Calvin Klein or Fruit of the Loom would've been a better choice.
Complete scam. Ordered almost a month back and zero communication. Can't track anything. Pretty sure I'm out nearly 80 bucks.
Over a year has gone by since I ordered and I haven't received any order confirmation or delivery. Don't waste your time.
Honestly might be the best underwear purchase ever, maybe the best purchase period. Got 14 pairs of boxers back in 2016 and they're still holding up perfectly. No holes, no rips, no fraying, nothing. Comfort is unmatched. Fair warning on ordering to the UK though, their American operation is disorganized and takes forever with extra costs. But man it's totally worth the hassle.
Seriously a game changer for comfort. How did I survive without these before? Once you experience SHEATH underwear, nothing else compares. Huge thanks to an amazing company.
Found out about these through a recommendation and they're legitimately a complete game changer. Regular underwear isn't an option for me anymore. Customer service was super helpful when I needed advice on what to order.
Ordered two months back and my package never showed up. No refund either. I keep emailing customer service but they ignore me completely.
UPDATE: They're stepping up to make things right. Got my refund and free boxers are coming. Still frustrated with that popup system on mobile checkout though, hope they fix it. Watch out for unexpected product additions during checkout if you're on your phone. The underwear itself is solid. Comfortable, does what it promises, holds up forever. The real problem is the checkout experience. After I entered payment info and confirmed my order on mobile, this popup appeared offering other stuff. I tried swiping up to hit a decline button but the swipe didn't work right and I accidentally tapped a laundry bag. Added to cart with zero confirmation. I figured I'd deal with it in the morning. Big mistake. Call right away or you'll totally forget. I've got plenty of laundry bags from military days so this was unnecessary. It was only four bucks but man it bugs me that this kind of thing even happens.
