What Shoppers Say About SHEATH
SHEATH receives highly polarized feedback, with shoppers either praising the product quality or expressing serious concerns about operations. The five-star reviewers report exceptional durability, comfort, and support, with some claiming their pairs have lasted years without degradation. However, the majority of reviews cite substantial issues: inconsistent sizing and fit problems causing discomfort, significant delays or complete failure to receive orders, lack of order tracking and communication, and restocking fees applied to unopened returns that reviewers felt were unfair.
The company appears to struggle with fulfillment reliability and customer service consistency. Multiple reviewers report lost shipments, months-long delays without updates, and orders that never arrived. When returns are processed, customers report unexpected deductions beyond standard refund policies. While product quality resonates strongly with satisfied customers, the frequency and severity of logistics and service complaints suggest potential systemic operational challenges that overshadow product satisfaction for many buyers.

The underwear quality itself is fantastic, seriously the best I've found. But they lose a star because two items were missing from what I paid for. I also got surprise charged an extra 15 pounds for delivery even though I should qualify for free shipping. Been a week and my emails to customer support went nowhere. Had a gift planned for a friend before Christmas but that's not happening now. Fair warning: you might only get 6 out of 8 items you actually ordered and paid for. It's ironic because their packing slip talks about taking pride in customer service and satisfaction, but you won't get it.
