Products are great, but the customer service is a disaster. They have a system problem, so when I entered my address in the order, and I sent it, the order was created without the first line of the address, which made it totally undeliverable for this reason. I contacted them to change my address, they said they cannot change it and explained to me the steps to change it for myself, but the problem is that you cannot edit the order address, and they kinda delusionally refused to believe this. I kindly asked them to cancel the order so I could make a new one, but they never replied. Customer service is terrible; if you have problems with your order, you won't get real help.

I was concerned due to the reviews however I thought I'd try something small as the resale on the Adventure time products are so high, it was a waste of timeThe items they allegedy sent was immediately returned to them (I found this out through an external tracking site) not through any communication from SheglamI attempted to contact them through the website however the contact form is defective and the email address provided on Google is ignoredI got through to them through the Instagram account and they tried to partially refund me instead of giving a full refund even though a full refund was offeredIf it's not processed by tomorrow im going to the ombudsman. Absolutely useless scam

Impossible to contact customer service! My order arrived, the curler is faulty and does not switch on at all, literally straight out of the box. Annoyingly it has a EU plug too and not a UK one... anyway. When attempting to return for an exchange or refund it asks for your order number, but you cannot type this number in. It wants you to select it from a list, a list it refuses to load at all on any platform. So I cannot contact customer services and I am stuck with a dodgy unworking, no use to me curler with no way of contacting for an exchange or refund. Won't be ordering ever again.Order number: sheglam-2188763

Im tired of these companies portraying a UK company when goods are sent from China... Try order maybe from Amazon etc & not on their website... Ordered 5 days ago & only just shipped from China (only knew this from airport code etc) so Heaven knows when the order will arrive... My fault for not reading reviews I guess. UK customer...

I bought straight from boots so no experience of customer service or delivery times,but have to say i like the blusher and concealer!lasts ages,i wouldnt order online after reading other reviews but will buy again from boots

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend SHEGLAM to customers who rely on accurate delivery timelines or reasonable post-purchase support...I placed an order on December 10 and paid 85€ (discounted from an original price of approximately 96€). The purchase was made well in advance and was intended as a New Year gift, where timely delivery was essential.Despite this, the shipment experienced significant delays, including being stuck in Hungary from December 21, and was delivered only after the holiday period had passed. As a result, the order completely failed its intended purpose.Customer support acknowledged the delay and confirmed the issue, but refused to offer any monetary compensation, referring to internal policy. The only alternative suggested was a discount coupon, which is not a solution for a customer who does not plan to place further orders.Although the products eventually arrived in acceptable condition, the overall experience highlights unreliable logistics and a customer service approach that prioritizes rigid policy over accountability. For a global brand, this is not an acceptable standard, especially for time-sensitive orders during the holiday season.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with SHEGLAM.I placed an order on November 29, but the package was never delivered. The tracking number provided showed no tracking information at any point, and there was no record with the stated carrier. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received a valid or traceable shipment update.Eventually, customer service acknowledged that the order could not be fulfilled and offered a refund. However, only the product amount was refunded. The shipping fee was withheld, even though the order was never successfully delivered and the shipping failure was not caused by me.While the customer service responses were polite, the resolution was incomplete and unsatisfactory. Charging customers for shipping when no delivery occurs is unreasonable and unfair.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend SHEGLAM to international customers who expect reliable shipping and fair refund practices.
