Can't get ahold of anyone at customer service. My order came but the curler is broken and won't turn on straight out of the box. Also it has a EU plug instead of UK. When I tried to request an exchange or refund, the system asks for your order number but won't let you type it in, just wants you to pick from a list that never loads no matter what device you use. Now I'm stuck with a broken curler and no way to contact them about it. Won't be ordering again.

Straight up scam. They told me my stuff was delivered but it never actually got to me even though I got confirmation emails. Do not buy from them.

My package never showed up and when I contacted them about it, they wouldn't give me my money back. They kept saying I had filed a bank dispute, but that's not true at all.

Got mine from a physical retailer so I didn't deal with their shipping or support, but I have to say the blush and concealer are fantastic. They stick around forever and perform really well. Wouldn't order direct after seeing other people's complaints but I'll definitely buy from the store again.

Really upset with how this went down. I ordered something late November but it never arrived. The tracking number they gave me didn't work and the carrier had no record of it. After bugging them several times, they finally said they couldn't get it to me and offered a partial refund. They only gave back the product cost and kept the shipping charge, which makes no sense since the package never got here in the first place. Their support was polite enough but that doesn't fix the unfair refund. I can't recommend them to anyone expecting decent shipping and fair treatment, especially international buyers.

I bought SheGlam stuff through another retailer before and liked it, so I figured ordering straight from them would be fine. Big mistake. Got two liquid eyeshadows and they're way past the delivery date. I emailed them multiple times about tracking problems and never heard back. Sent more messages about the missing package and still nothing. Their customer service is honestly terrible and I'd tell anyone to avoid ordering directly from them.

Really happy with how vibrant the color is and how smoothly it applies. Stays put for a long time without any streaking.

Stay away. My order never got here. First I got an email saying it shipped, then another one saying it came back to them, and they offered a refund minus taxes and shipping. Something feels off about this business. I can't even reach customer service because the order lookup page just keeps looping. I'm calling my credit card company about this.

This is seriously deceptive. I placed an order for 31.56 and paid in full. Never got my items, but the tracking showed it went back to them on August 6th without any heads up from them. I didn't ask for any return or anything. Then they only refunded me 23.49 and kept the rest even though I never received anything. That's wrong. I tried emailing to complain but they brushed me off and claimed the stuff was shipped, which is ridiculous because their own tracking proves it was sent back the next day. Throughout all this I heard nothing from them.

I ordered 7 items and 4 of them never showed up. The company refuses to take any responsibility for this. Total letdown and really disappointing.

Really let down here. Did I get the product? Yes. Was it terrible? Absolutely. Did they help at all? No. I bought three different shades of their stick concealer since I'm new to the brand and wanted to test shades. Their website says they have a 48 day return window for items you don't want. Turns out that's total BS. When I asked customer service how to return things, they said they don't accept returns right now due to current conditions. That's fraud. They advertise one policy but do something completely different. Federal law is clear about this, consumers deserve returns when buying online and the company advertises that policy. If they change it, they need to tell people upfront so we can decide whether to buy. This is misleading and wrong.

Don't understand why there are so many negative reviews out there. This makeup is truly beautiful and makes me feel amazing. The highlighters have incredible color payoff, the blush is so pretty, and the light pink powder with the sparkle keeps everything in place perfectly. Can't wait to order again and tell everyone to get some.

I'm confused by all the bad reviews because this makeup is absolutely gorgeous. I feel like a movie star wearing these super pigmented highlighters and the blush is stunning. The light pink finishing powder is my favorite, it sparkles and keeps my makeup looking fresh all day long. Definitely ordering more soon. Really great stuff.

Don't waste your money here. The foundation and concealer feel like you're putting a scrub on your face, it's awful. All those great reviews you see around must be paid promotions because no one who actually wears makeup regularly would think these products are good. Same problem with the foundation brush, it feels like sandpaper. The brow gel was terrible too. The pore primer didn't work either.
