It is only a 1 b/c I had to select to start review. Disappointing experience not once, but twice recently. 0 ⭐️s1st situation ~they delivered to wrong address (due to their fault of labeling it wrong). No solutions offered by company.2nd- item not delivered “bc of bad weather” when checked with USPS they said SHEIN labeled address again incorrectly with wrong state. No solution offered.Just because they are inexpensive should not compromise customers receiving items they paid for. Luckily there are many other alternatives out there. SHEIN stinks & this is not OK.

If you want to get robbed. Go for it

Many things are really nice and good prices but customer service is disaster and extremely rude. Pray your package arrives well because if something is missing they won't refund. They reply in german even the communication is in English and even i sent proof the package arrived literally opened They kept sending me automatic emails they checked with warehouse and all arrived. Absolutely no logic 1: why would i trust their warehouse without proof and 2: how warehouse has anything to do with how the package arrives here? So basically they dont take any responsibility for the delivery. Be very careful and dont let it go. We have opened a legal investigation because is really not ok. Also broken items they wont refund but you must lose time to send back to post etc. That i can accept fair enough however really curious what they do with broken items..probably sending to others. Reply: it's so pathetic you try here to play the customer service for people to see while paralel you stolen from us and no no chat email did anything. They just refuse to do anything so stop embarrassing yourself. Deal with the authorities especially GALIZA who sends only scamming emails and very pathetic ones among other colleagues. They post here replies with hearts but make no mistakes, they will keep stealing from you. I switched to Temu and didn't encounter any issues.

Worst experience ever my first and last time shopping with SHEIN they hand your package over to anyone to cheap to require a signature I order a whole sofa from them for my new place the package came super early despite the delivery window I wasn’t even moved in my place yet I google the apts address and provided my apt number the package was actually sent to the Remt office because the address I gave was wrong it was the rent office address I couldn’t edit my address all I could do was place a hold on the package notified fed ex they held my package I pick it up cool what I didn’t know they sent multiple packages and the only held one at fed ex and delivered the other one to my rent office the apt manager said she never received a package for me and she type me a letter stating the address was wrong she never received a package SHEIN is not trying to resolve the issue at all they keep telling me to call fed ex fed ex saying contact SHEIN $400 wasted for a half of a sofa never again I’ll take my chances with amazon

Quality is okay and shipping is quite fast. But the sizes do run small for some of the items so better check the size chart of each as it's not the same for all the items. Will definitely order again.

I returned two formal dresses purchased…

I returned two formal dresses purchased for a gala, totaling $136.40. Each dress was tried on once indoors, immediately placed back into the packaging, and returned within the allowed window.SHEIN claims the return did not meet “hygiene standards” due to minor white fabric fibers visible in their inspection photos. These fibers were not stains, damage, makeup, odor, or wear — simply removable lint that can occur from normal handling in any home environment.Despite this, SHEIN:Refused to issue a full refundIssued only $13.60 backRefused to return the dresses to meKeeping both the merchandise and the payment is completely unacceptable. If an item is deemed non-refundable, it should be returned to the customer — not confiscated.This experience feels unfair, unreasonable, and consumer-hostile. I will not purchase from SHEIN again and strongly caution others about their return practices, especially for higher-priced items.
