After tons of back and forth emails and waiting, a replacement was sent but that also got lost in the same location. A second replacement was attempted but apparently something important was missing from it, causing issues at a cargo checkpoint. Multiple update attempts and it's still not here.
I ordered a 5 pack in XXL but only got 4 actual XXL socks. The fifth pair was marked as XXL even though it was clearly a Large. Sent a message to their team and they started off seeming interested, then completely ghosted me. Seems like they have serious quality control problems with their manufacturing overseas. This happened to me once before too. The lack of follow-up from support really frustrated me. I'm shopping elsewhere now and wanted to give others a heads up.
