Dave Great. AI Bad.

Dave was wonderful. The AI prompt was utter crap, asking me if I wanted my issue escalated to the support team, then repeatedly telling me it was unable to escalate my issue to the support team. After trying again, I figured out the right words to say ("bippity boppity boo") in order to get it to connect me to a support staff member (which it should've done in the first place; I'm not gonna ask for support if I don't need support). But Dave was great once I finally got him on the line. He stepped through the "normal" support steps (I've worked IT; I know how it goes), but it only took a couple back-and-forths for him to get everything fixed perfectly! Way better than the 10+ back-and-forths I had with whatever AI garbage they connected me to in the first place.If this company truly cares about its customers and its image, they'll fire that unhelpful computer crap and just clone Dave. Because Dave -- unlike their AI prompts -- ACTUALLY knows how to do his job.

They offer 2 days express shipping and…

They offer 2 days express shipping and I paid extra for it. They forget to ship out my package and when I messaged them I don’t want the item anymore they said they can’t do anything about refunding it since it past the 14 days return time frame when they’re the one that forgot to ship out my package. Raffy was the representativ and was no help at all.
