Soffe's quality has really gone downhill. These shirts used to be solid, but nowadays they're basically disposable.

Really disappointed with my experience here. Over the years, their sizing has gotten progressively smaller, and I ordered shorts directly that didn't fit right. When I called about a return on my purchase, they wanted to hit me with a 20% or $10 minimum restocking fee, which is absolutely ridiculous. I literally got the package 15 minutes before calling, hadn't even tried them on outside the house, and the items came without any tags or wrapping. So basically they wanted me to lose $20 on the deal after factoring in shipping to send them back. At that point I just decided to keep the shorts rather than throw away another $8-10 on return shipping, which would've left me with basically nothing back on what I paid. Honestly, stay away from this company. Their return policy is outdated and unfair by today's standards. If you ever need to return something, you're going to have a bad time. The website is full of glowing reviews, but that's sus. They've lost me as a customer for good.

They overcharged me on my order and then gave me back less than I was owed. I was buying some tank tops on sale for $7.99 each, but somehow they charged me $9.99 instead. When I contacted customer service, the rep I got was genuinely unhelpful and rude. Getting answers was like pulling teeth because of time zone issues on my end, and I'd be waiting until 3 in the morning just to hear back with a simple yes or no. Even after all that back and forth, they still short-changed me $8 on the refund. At that point I just gave up and told myself I'd consider it as covering shipping since that was free. I honestly don't think the person who handled this even knows how to do basic math. When I filed a complaint and left a negative review, absolutely nothing happened. It makes me wonder if she's running the whole thing or has some kind of special connection to whoever does. No wonder the military base here stopped ordering from them entirely. I even asked around, and apparently it's just not worth dealing with this company anymore.
