I will never order from soft surroundings again. I ordered the same dress in two sizes. there was absolutely no notification that the dress was on back order. when I expected the dress and it had not been delivered. I checked the online status which told me it was on back order and would not be delivered for 6 months. I had ordered the dress for a wedding and if I had not looked it up I would have never known that it was on back order.p I did cancel these dresses. another item I ordered also came in late. when I returned the dress they deducted the taxes I had paid from my refund and they charged me another $10 for shipping. This totaled $27 deducted from my order customers beware, do not order from soft surroundings!

I returned two items to Soft Surroundings that they received in January. It is now almost April, and they have yet to credit my card. When calling customer service, I am told that they will issue a manual return right away but never do. I've called four times with no success. Additionally, they signed me up for their reward program without my consent and were charging me monthly until I was able to cancel it. I will never do business with Soft Surroundings or their sister company Coldwater Creek again.

I ordered two dresses on Feb. 26th. They looked so cute and friends had purchased in store item when they had stores. I heard nothing from the company expect would be notified when shipped. I sent an email; response was that it would be shipped on 3/20. Nothing, so I called on 3/23 and told would definitely be shipped in 24-48 hours. Nothing, so I called again told they had a new warehouse but would ship by Ap. 3. I canceled the order and will never order from them again. If you actually need something, don't order from Soft Surroundings.

Waited a month for my order and when it came it wasn't what I'd ordered and it was terrible quality. And what a PAIN to return! I had to schlep to my post office and pay for postage, handling, etc. I cancelled another outstanding order. Too early to see if I'll get my money back on either order. I will NEVER order from this company again

My order keeps getting delayed. I ordered items on March 6, 2026. I was notified later the ordered items were ‘in high demand’ and would not ship till March 20. I heard nothing and on March 25, I inquired again. Now I am told, once again, because of the high demand, my order will not be shipped till April 20!!! And I’m not confident that will be happening either. No wonder there are no more brick & mortar stores.

I will not be ordering from Soft Surroundings again. Their website showed the item as available, yet it took over a month to ship. The sizing is completely off, making it difficult to find a proper fit, and the return process is unnecessarily complicated. On top of that, the shipping times are extremely long. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

I am returning a dress that I ordered when a sale was on, but unfortunately it just didn't look that good on me. No issues with the quality or the fabric. The return form shows a deduction from my refund of 'Taxes and Adjustments', which at first was a little confusing. But a brief call with Customer Service clarified that amount reflects the 20% discount I was given on the original order. The $9.95 return processing fee is clearly indicated and to me was worthwhile for delivery to my door for me to try the items on. Just wanted to share my positive experience since other comments are quite harsh.

Ordered a dress from Soft Surroyndings on February 22...found out, as of March 24th it still has not been shipped. Apparenrty wont even be shipped until April 10th and then accirding to customer servuce will take another 5 to 8 days to arrive.Ive had better luck with remote chinese sellers! Are they goung out of business yet?!

At least 4 times I tried to order online. Got all the way to the end and it said error. So I called to do my order. Every time it was a back order. Out of stock.Used to be a favorite of mine. I would order about 3x a year because it was expensive. I am done. No more
