So now if I order something else and it doesn't fit and I want to exchange again, that's another restocking fee. It just keeps adding up with these fees. That's how they're making their money apparently. Really messed up business model.
Had my doubts after reading some of the other reviews, but this experience was way better than expected. Placed an order on January 14th and it showed up on the 17th. The shipping speed was incredible. The Caroline Maxi Dress is gorgeous and everything I wanted.
I bought a dress for a trip and returned it right away since it didn't fit. Expensive too, so I wanted to handle it before the holiday rush kicked in. Nothing happened by early January so I reached out to their team. After tons of back and forth emails, they claimed it came back stained and showed me pictures of something that looked nothing like the nice black dress I'd mailed back. It was on for literally 20 seconds. The problem is their process is broken and they just don't trust customers. I've asked them to send my dress back since technically I own it. Shop somewhere else if you want actual transparent service and people who believe you.
I'd been wanting a bikini and grabbed one during their Cyber weekend sale at 30% off based on their size chart. When it arrived it was way too small. Tried to return or exchange but found out sale items are final sale. That's a sketchy policy if you ask me. Sure maybe I should have read the fine print, but my cart never warned me about the final sale status. If I'd known there was no refund option I wouldn't have risked it with sizing issues. Now I'm stuck with 150 dollars worth of swimwear that doesn't fit. I'm never ordering again. The clothes are cute but this is not how you treat customers. They act like an upscale brand but their return policy is cheap and disrespectful.
Same problem everyone else is having - they just stop communicating. They have your item but won't issue the refund. This honestly feels fraudulent and the company needs to fix it.
Don't buy from this website. They're not trustworthy. Like so many other reviewers, I never got my refund even after returning the item. The only way to reach them is by email and getting a response takes forever. I probably emailed them 15 times about my refund that never came. Eventually I had to contact my credit card company. Both UPS and their own warehouse confirmed they got my package back, but they kept saying they couldn't process the refund without escalating it, which apparently was a dead end.
Heads up - don't expect a refund when you return items to this company. I sent back my purchase to their warehouse two months ago and still haven't gotten my money back. Their customer service team basically doesn't respond to anything. I'm having to take this up with my bank at this point. Shop elsewhere if you value getting your money back.
The customer service team never responds and ignores all your emails with zero updates. Their policy says returns process in 2 to 3 weeks but I've been waiting nearly 2 months now. There are way better swimsuit brands out there with actual support. This company feels sketchy and dishonest. I filed a dispute with my bank.
Avoid this store at all costs. You won't get refunded. This is the worst company I've ever had to work with. I had to contact my bank and get legal involved just to deal with them. Stay away.
