Never purchased from them but get spammed with 2 emails from them every day. Unsubscribe doesn't work. Emailing asking to stop doesn't work.

Unauthorized transaction by this…
Unauthorized transaction by this company to my card. Contacted them 5 days ago and was told they were reaching out the “proper department” to try to cancel the transaction. Followed up and still no response and the charge hasn’t been cancelled. Clearly a shitty company drop-shipping plastic bullshit lingerie from China.

Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware:They obvi have false reviews on Google. I was attempting to leave one there to bring their 5 star rating down (likely posted by bots), but was unable to. I purchased a size “small” corset on sale, that was clearly NOT a small, or perhaps their charts run excessively LARGE. Was unable to return due to their policies on purchasing sales items. Lesson learned. The item itself is cheaply made and not sized appropriately. Very wide for a “small” frame size. I could’ve purchased the same thing from Temu for $5.

Do not order from them
Do not order from them. It’s a scam. Terrible customer service and no reply to items not sent. Delivery takes weeks and months. Beware of the scam

If I could give negative stars
If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered 3 items right before Christmas. 1 item shipped immediately, no email, text or phone call regarding the status of the other 2 items. Assuming they were out of stock and wouldn't be shipped, I ordered the other 2 items from another place. Mid January I received a second item from Spicy Lingerie, however, it was not the item that I ordered. I returned it with tracking and they received it but its been over a week at this point and no refund. I contacted them and was told it takes 4 to 5 days to process a refund. They received the item back on January 20th, still no refund.

Didn't take a return despite policy
I purchased a corset from them after carefully reading their return policy. Their policy states that clearance items and a certain list of items like teddies and panties cannot be returned for health reasons. The item I purchased was called "sale" and dd not say clearance anywhere, but when I went to return it they said it cannot be returned very disappointing. I would have never bought an item that I may not be able to return in case it didn't fit.

⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give zero stars, I would.This is hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter four days before Halloween and paid extra for overnight shipping. Not only did it not arrive on time, it never shipped at all.When I called the day after placing the order, they told me “Don’t worry, it’s going to ship soon.” It never did. When I called the day before Halloween to cancel, the representative told me “too bad” and refused to refund me, even though the order hadn’t even left their warehouse. She claimed it was a “specialty item” from a “third-party vendor” and said there were no returns ,despite the fact that they hadn’t shipped anything and they still had the item.She was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I finally had to go through my credit card company to get my money back, because Spicy Lingerie wouldn’t do the right thing. It’s now November and the item still hasn’t shipped. What a joke. Glad I at least got my money back through my CC company but they had absolutely no intention of helping me at all and didnt care even one bit or keep me informed on anything. The absolute worst!This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and should be avoided at all costs. Do yourself a favor and shop literally anywhere else.
