I've never even bought anything from them but they keep bombarding my inbox with two emails every single day. The unsubscribe button doesn't work and sending them a message asking them to stop doesn't help either.

The timing rules are ridiculous too, like if the size is wrong you have thirty days, but if something breaks you only get seven days to report it. Their policies and service are really disappointing.

They claim they have an easy return process, but good luck getting them to actually listen. I only wanted to send back part of my order but they refused to work with me. But they're claiming I wore stuff and refused to give me a refund anyway. There's no way I'd even put on something this poorly made. They seem to be playing games to get out of honoring returns.

Stay away from this company. They don't keep track of what they actually have in stock and what they don't. I ordered some lingerie and heels together and paid for two to three day shipping. It took them a full week just to send the lingerie. When I asked why the heels weren't in that shipment they said they were out of stock. So I ordered some different ones. The lingerie I got on the eighth arrived on the seventeenth, and then they said the heels shipped on the seventeenth too. I tracked them and it's using regular mail, not the fast shipping I paid for. When I asked about it they said they could only use fast shipping on the first order. Are you serious? Absolutely never do business with these people. I would give them negative stars if the system allowed it.
