Their customer service is absolutely the worst I've experienced. I bought the new X3 bundle but right after paying, I realized I chose the wrong configuration. I politely asked their support team to adjust the order before they sent it out. They said they'd get right back to me but never did. Over the next three days I tried calling and emailing multiple times. Not a single person stepped up to help. One rep told me she was the only person in the office and it would take another full day to find someone else who might be able to assist. When I asked to speak with management, she said that wasn't an option. Seriously, think twice about ordering from these guys if you care about decent support.
